Here's the scoop...air went out so we called Champion Air to come out and fix it (we had used them before for an small repair) a guy came out to check the system and found a faulty blower motor. He checked his truck twice and told me he didn't have the part. He instructed us to call the office in the morning and schedule a return visit so the part could be installed (charged us extra for the return visit), the office called us stating that the guy had the part and wondered why we did not want it installed. He had told her we only wanted an estimate when in fact he wrote on the invoice that we wanted it rushed for the next day. Second guy came out and installed the motor...system did not blow cold. We discovered the the outside unit cover had not been put back together and wires had been exposed to rain the night before. The office said he told them that he did not even go around back to the unit! Well they sent him back out to look at it and he had disconnected something and forgot to reconnect it. He apologized but I will not used this company again nor will I recommend them to anyone. Had them clean condensation line in March....clogged again and had to have another company clean it out again today 4 months later. Tech today showed me that it didn't look like it had been cleaned very well.

Be warned this is a very unprofessional company! I have a rental property furnace that is in the attic over the garage that needed to be serviced. So, I called these guys out for the repair. They did the repair just fine; however, while fixing the furnace they carelessly stepped through the ceiling and broke the sheet rock. The technician didn't tell anyone, and then just left the property and sent me a bill for the furnace repair. My tenet called me a day later to report the broken sheet rock in the bathroom. I then called Champion Air to tell them about the damage. They told me it wasn't them, and they weren't responsible for the repair! Now, I am not only out the money for the furnace repair, but $200+ to repair the ceiling. All because of neglect and someone not owning their mistake!

I've used this company twice, and always get great service. They call within 30 minutes of reaching your house, and report delays as well. Excellent service, you won't be disappointed.

Call these guys last, you'll be glad you did. After 6 other HVAC company interviews Donny and his team came in and demonstrated a true expertise. The were head and shoulders about the competition. I will use them in the future for all my HVAC needs.
