Champion Building Services provided superior service, craftsmanship & professionalism in remodeling my home. The quality of work exceeded my expetations. I was provided regular status updates by Brian Champion and was notified immediatlely of any "unforseen" issues occuring and resulting in a satisfactory resolution.` I am very pleased with my Homeowner/General Contractor relationship with Champion Building Services and look forward to working with them in the near future. I highly recommend Champion Building Services. Great job!!!

He brought inferior subs onto the job and damaged a lot of work, then walked off the job demanding that he be paid in full. Do not deal with this guy, Don Moore (engineer), Southern Electrical & Handyman Services, L.L.C. (Jamie) or any of the subs that are tied to him.

Mr. Redmond hired another subcontractor to do work that we were contracted to do. Mr. Redmond was beside himself when asked to pay additional charges for the 9 colors he wanted to use. Throughout the project he would upgrade materials, have them delivered and ask us to install custom items at no additional charge. We contracted to use no more than 3 paint colors on his home. Then he tracked down two of my subcontractors and hired them to complete his work. My tile installer was hired and paid by Mr. Redmond to install his tile. I never refused to complete his job and only asked to be paid for what work was completed. I settled with him for thousands of dollars less than he owed for work completed. He uses the internet as a tool to smear and post false information to damage his enemies.
This contractor did work on my home for a few months and after paying him over $40,000, he did not pay the subcontractors and the subcontractors filed liens against my property. You should stay away from Brian Champion aka Champion Properties aka Champion Building Services. He will nickel and dime you asking for money throughout the project because unlike a reputable contractor, he does not have money to buy materials or pay his subcontractors. Then after he blows on the money on who knows what, he begs for all of his money even though he is no where near finished, and then threatens to walk out on the job. STAY AWAY !!!
