Champion Computer Solutions

Have used Champion several times, first time good services, but last time I lost several software, can no longer play DVD's. That was costly. Now they won't return may calls. OH WELL!

Jerry and Dorothy both are great people and have enjoyed our working relationship. If you are looking for a service provider look no more.

I'm 71 years old and decided to purchase my first computer. I called Champion Computer Solutions to get some advice on purchasing a computer in a retail store. They were friendly, honest and most imprtantly patient. I decided to purchase my computer through Champion Computer. Jerry came and set it up and even gave my wife and I a quick lesson to get us started. I have since called Dorthy several times and she has patiently guided us through. I now look forward to getting on my computer! Definitely the best all around!

I initially contacted Jerry and Dorothy on a Thursday evening and explained the problem I was having with my computer. Jerry was at my front door at 8:00AM the next morning. A diagnosis was done and a recommendation made to correct the problem. Being basically computer illiterate I put my trust in Jerry and gave him the green light to do what needed to be done. My computer was fixed and returned to me within one working day at a very inexpensive cost and it now functions the same as it did when it was brand new. The service provided was friendly, quick, and the technical expertise is second to none. What is most impressive is the fact that Jerry utilitizes his knowledge with networking offices/companies and maintains their systems, but he also has the time to deal with individuals like myself providing on-site, in the home, cordial, excellent service. You can't go wrong with this company foks. A friendly, honest, knownedgeable and efficeint organization. I recommend the services offered very highly. You will be pleased with the results.

The service was Great and done in a timely manner. Have been happy with my computer thus far since repair. I would recommend this company for all your home computer needs.
