I had them in two times in a matter of three weeks for two different leaks. Both times they were on time and provided good service. I also appreciated the follow-up phone call to check and make sure everyting went well and I was satisfied. I would use them again and recommend them to friends.

My insurance company recommended Champion. After working with them, I had finally found a company I would call back. What struck me most was how kind David was to his assistant. He treated him with the same respect that he treated me. His work was outstanding, and his character has proved to be also. He has come back twice to replace my water heater and a toilet. He recommended a brand of toilet that I had not heard of. I googled it while he was going to buy it. His price included installation and was still cheaper than retail.

Very professional over the phone. The contractor(s) were prompt, knowledgeable, and very efficient!!! I would highly recommend this company if you are in need of general plumbing services.

We needed a water line installed to hook us up to county water. Of our three estimates, Champion impressed us the most. David was very knowledgeable and professional (the other two weren't), and went out of his way to figure out a route for the line that would not harm the very old, giant oak tree we have in our front yard. When they had scheduling issues, Leigh Ann was up front with us and kept us frequently updated on when they would be able to start instead of giving us any kind of run-around. I appreciated their honesty, price (best of the estimates), excellent customer service and follow-up, and definitely their service. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future as the need arises.
