Back around Christmas I made the mistake of calling Champion for a window replacement estimate. For an entire hour i was talked down to during a rushed high pressure half full of BS sales pitch. Their scam is bill each window out at a bogus list price (around $2100!!!) then at the very end of the presentation they show you the total and give you a 'discount' of about 35% if you agree to some of their gimmicks. I lied to the salesman and told him I couldn't make a decision without first asking my wife just so I could get him out the door. I feel sorry for anyone who has grossly overspent with this company. I called Window World the next week, received a comparable window for less $300/per and they installed my windows 3 weeks later. On edit to the above post: Chris Maple, don't give me that you can't find me in your computer nonsense because you have sent two canned letters to my house since this appointment. One was about one week after telling your salesman to get lost on the phone. And you know what letter I'm talking about too. The one where it says I can call, email or fax you and you will personally looks at my estimate numbers if i have a price issue. There's no need to contact me BTW.

We had 2 sliding glass doors installed to replace our drafty old french doors in our kitchen and dining room. Wow! What a difference it made in both rooms in regards to temperature control and overall comfort of the room. Our view out over our backyard is beautiful too! The entire sales, ordering, and install process was very efficient.

We purchased a 3 season room less than a year ago. During the last big storm, we went out only to find the side carpeting soaked. I contacted Champion and they told me that there was too much water. That was never brought up in any of the documentation.

The sales person did what he was suppose to do. He sold us the windows. If I had known at the time that the installers were racist who did not care to service minorities, I would have changed my mind. They did not want to answer questions or hang my mini blinds up after the installation. The workmanship was poor and the product wasn't all that great either. When I call for a repairman, he might show up within a week or two. I was not pleased at all with my purchase of these replacement windows. After awhile the poor quality and poor workmanship begins to show.

In late October of 2011 we had a whole house replacement of 25 single pane wooden windows (original, 35 years old). We received three estimates prior to our decision to select Champion. While the Champion price was slightly higher than the middle quote, we felt it was still quite reasonable. We decided to go with Champion due to their rep for quality and because we felt it was a company that would be there in the long run in spite of this less than stellar economy. Mack Scaife (highly recommend, 679-768-9134) was our salesman & he worked much harder for the sale than the other 2 company's reps, was very personable, extremely knowledgeable and could answer any question we had on the spot. Rose at the Champion office handled our install scheduling, and took a genuine personal interest to make sure everything went smoothly. She was extraordinary in her attention and kindness. The four man crew she selected for us did an excellent job with both the install and the clean up in a single day. The windows have been great over the past 11+ months. We've experienced all four seasons and find that they insulate us from outside noise much better and indeed keep the house cooler in summer and warmer in winter. Utility bills reflect the improvement. Champion's quality appears to be as claimed, and our experience with their staff shows they have genuine concern for getting the job done right the first time and are proud of the product they sell. Would definitely use Champion again

We have had all of the windows in our home completed in 2 installations. Mack Scaife was very professional and helpful in both processes. Both installations were done in a very excellent manner and we are very happy with our new windows.

The installers protected the surrounding area during installation. They worked steadily and left a clean area when finished. The completed windows were attractive and opened and closed with ease. This company has serviced me for different times and I've been completely satisfied from the salesman to the any needed service to the windows or doors. THANK YOU CHAMPION!

I had a screened in patio room added to my home. I was pleased with the quality of work, professionalism of staff and end product of the room. I had a small get together with family and friends and each of them questioned why it wasn't wired for a ceiling fan especially for the amount of money I paid.

I am so happy that you are pleased with the quality you deserve. It was our goal in the beginning to have a completely satisied customer. As far as the ceiling fan, I wish we would have known it was your desire, because we could have installed that at minimal cost. Please feel free to call us and I am sure we can work together to make that go away. Sincerely, Criss Maple Division Manager.
Just got my new windows(6), patio sliding glass door, front door and storm door. I am so pleased. I have no regrets. The ordering went without a hitch. The installation was painless. I can't believe the quaility, the beauty...it's all great. The outside white will get painted to match the condo colors. The inside "Timber Bond" enhances the wood inside. I love the sliding patio door. My dining room seems 10 ft. larger. The front door is the envy of all. I highly recommend this company and Mack Scaife, my factory rep. He is so knowledgable. The installers were great, too.

Champion replaced and repaired a very poor siding job that had been done on our house years ago by another company. Our salesman, Mack Scaife, worked with us to help us save money and salvage what we could from the old job. We loved that he was able to show us on his laptop what our house would look like with the color we chose before we made a final decision. John and his installation team were great. They were very professional, worked quickly, and did a thorough clean up job when they were finished. This is our third experience with Champion, and we will definitely use them in the future.

Champion did a great job, from the initial consultation with Mack to the super-fast installation to the quality of the windows. The windows are a breeze to open and clean. We had a very small issue with moisture inside one window after a pressure washing (prepping house for painting) but Champion was quick to come out and resolve it. Thanks Champion for a job well done!

It all started with my salesman, Mack Scaife. He listened to my objectives and tailored his pitch to my needs, understanding I would not sign on the day of the presentation. He re-drew the design several times as I changed my mind and always with a smile. While the highest bid of all estimates, the value in the demo of savings and quality was impressive, When I confirmed with a neighbor on her savings and experience, the deal was done. Davis was an exceptional installation leader. His team was in and out, courteous, friendly (with a young child asking all sorts of questions), and cleaned up well. An older window broke, shattering in a rock garden. The team hustled to clean it all up with vacuums. I definitely recommend Champion Windows.
