My wife and I wanted to replace a sunroom that was a part of our house since it was built some 27 years ago. We shopped around and vetted many of contractors and businesses that of course, profess to... deliver the best beyond what others could do. No, Champion did not get the job. But, only because they do not offer a glass roof. I am convinced that the representative, Mack Scaife was the best representative we have ever dealt with in any purchase endeavor. Mr. Scaife came to our house and with great poise, intellect and a magnetic persona. He explained and educated me and my wife about sunrooms, windows and sliding glass doors by answering every question we had and left no doubt in our minds about the products of Champion. Even those questions he could not answer right away he went out and found the answers for us to insure we knew what we were purchasing. If Champion did supply a glass roof our journey would have ended with Mr. Scaife. Unfortunately they do not, so we continued our pursuit. We would like to thank Mr. Scaife for his honesty and integrity and we appreciated his charm and rapport in showing and telling us all we wanted and needed to know, minus the pressure sales pitch. We highly recommend Mr. Scaife and Champion because of our experience with Mr. Scaife in the Atlanta Georgia showroom.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

The staff that came to the house was fantastic. Those guys are wonderful. I have other work that I need to have done and if I could request that crew then I would. They need to be compensated for their professionalism. The office staff needs a little polishing for the type of money spent on the product. I think the receptionist needs to be a little more knowledgeable of her role because she can make or break a sale. I had to call back twice and it was not very easy to relate to her. The manager called me back because I had a question regarding a price of a window and a coupon. The price was outstanding. The salesman was outstanding as far as his knowledge and demonstration of the product. There was nothing he could not answer when I asked him. He sold me over because he was so knowledgeable and his demonstrations were so convincing.

After two visits from other personnel, we were able to be satisfied with the completion. The things that were damaged were repaired and the hardware was changed. But it took two more visits to do that. We were visited by the service manager himself and we were satisfied at the end of the day.

The second installer was to be at my house at 12. We had a confirmed appointment time. He called and said could I meet him earlier. I said no, I had work appointments until 12, but I will try to get there early, but I will be there at 12. He came but left my house at 1145. I stayed in town to meet him that Saturday and missed a family trip to the beach.

The quality of the materials looks just to be so so. The more I look at the fit and finish, the less impressed I am.Initial prices are very inflated, so be prepared to negotiate the price down to a reasonable level.
From the initial call to final installation, the entire experience with Champion was nothing short of excellent. My salesman, Mack Scaife, is top notch. Not only is he well versed in the products he sells, but he is personable, and seems truly invested in the process from start to finish. He followed up to ensure installation had been scheduled, and once complete, followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Again, top notch! The same can be said for the crew who installed my window and sliding glass doors - top notch and professional all the way through. Looking forward to working with these folks again on future projects.
The room is wonderful. We are very happy with it. This is the 4th such room I know about, and all are great rooms. The installation crew was excellent. Professional, orderly and friendly. LOVED the crew. Great product and excellent installation.
I am a repeat customer. Champion did windows for me about 2 to 3 years ago. I had them do the rest of my windows and I am very happy.
Champion Windows of Atlanta deserves 5 stars. This is the second time we've used them. We've been delighted both times, and we are going to do it again.
Champion far exceed my expectations from start to finish. Contractors are generally unreliable, but Champion gave me a schedule and came in early on the installation. They exceeded their initial time frame by several weeks. The installation was professional and it all went smoothly. There were no issues at all. That rarely happens for me.
Champion replaced my windows, sliding glass doors, and the custom window in the living room. I am satisfied with the crew and their workmanship. I would recommend Champion to anyone at this point.

They had some problems with hiring an outside contractor to remove drapes. The drapes got torn. We are currently in negotiation with Champion to resolve the problem.

The salesman was professional. The installers were on time, courteous, very polite and mannerable, and they cleaned up. I would highly recommend them.

I think they are very professional, helpful, friendly and courteous. The crew took off their shoes when they came in the house because they forgot their booties. If I had an issue they came out right away and fixed it better than I could have imagined. I even called up to ask if they would send someone out because they forgot to clean the windows. It was raining very hard on the day of installation. They sent someone out to clean them and give me some spray to clean them. I had no complaints.

The installation of the windows was superior. There were five installers here, and they were just great. They did everything they said in a timely fashion, and they did it well. I can't say enough about them.

The installation crew was horrible. The day they were scheduled to start it rained. They left the windows and supplies in our garage for days. While unloading the windows, the dropped screw in the driveway and I ended up puncturing a tire on my vehicle. They also left cigarette butts and wrappers on the ground along with open chemical containers next to the house. As they were "finishing" and almost ready to leave, I decided to get my extension ladder and inspect. I noticed 20+ area were the caulking was missed, not done properly or had debris in it. There is a downspout close to the side of a 2nd story window. They assumed that because I couldn't see that they didn't caulk the side of the window, I would never see it. Well, I did and called them on it. Some windows had 8" gaps of missing caulk. Others had pieces of blue paper rags stuck in it and a few had had wood chips and other debris stuck in the caulk. Two of the screens were torn and the crew wasn't even going to mention that to me.If they could care less about the quality of work the customer sees on the OUTSIDE......then I can I trust that they did a proper job on the INSIDE?????Oh yeah, they were also going to leave caulk drips all over my patio stone and walkway. I had to yell to them as they were about to leave. I could tell that the crew was irritated and just didn't care.
