High pressure sales
First price was way high, then I was offered a discount to sign the contract today, then I told him I wanted to get additional quotes and was offered a lower "competitive" price but again only if I signed a contract right then. I think they have a good product but I won't buy from a company who uses this type of sales tactics.

To both of these last two reviews, please personally call me. To my knowledge I cannot find you in our computer so I am not sure if and when we saw you, but I would love to talk to you personally to better train the representative involved. We at Champion do not believe or train any high pressure tactics. As a matter of fact we train the opposite. Obviously our goal is to earn peoples business but if anyone is not comfortable moving forward our goal is to earn their business when they are ready. We do run different promotions at different times of the year. When our appointment estimates are more than two weeks out to see them we will allow our Factory Representatives to offer a fuel savings discount if the customer chooses to move ahead so we dont have to push appointments out further. If that was explained wrong I apologize. At any time for anyone who wants to write a review like these or feels that they have been treated in an unprofessional way, I am begging for you to call me personally. My name is Criss Maple.
