Called to set up an estimate for a new water tank heater. Two men came on time for what they called "service call". They checked my house water pressure and wrote up an estimate for a new water tank heater with no manufacture name or model number just the price. Plus, which I was not informed of a $99.00 service fee that will have to pay today. They will deduct $99.00 if I agree for them to replace my water tank heater. I requested the model number of the water heater, so I could compare with other bids and was told they would e-mail me next morning by 11 AM. I never got an e-mail from them. They were my 1st plumber and two other plumbers gave me FREE estimates, so I feel like a sucker for eating $99.00.

I used this company because of its online good reviews but boy, was that a mistake! A non plumber came to my house two days after I called at 10:20pm, smoking a cig and telling me he needed a glass of water before he could get started. He could not see, but yet he still tried to read the manual of my broken water heater. He was supposed to come back at 10:00am the next morning with the needed part but no word from him. I asked the owner to send someone else. He told me he would send another "plumber" but it would be an hour or so. Five hours later, two more non plumbers showed up and they took my water heater apart but didn't really know how to fix it. I then found out these guys don't even work for Champs and are not licensed. I paid them 60 bucks to get them out of my house and called Mr. Rooter before they were out of my driveway. If you want dirty people who don't know what they are doing and don't have the right tools to preform the job anyway, Champs is the perfect pick for you!

I was remodeling my bathroom and decided to change the layout. I needed a plumber to re-route some of my pipes. The guys at Champs were great and I am very satisfied with their work. They even gave me recommendations for my project to help things go smoother. My new bathroom is awesome and much more comfortable and functional. I would definitely recommend these guys.

I have some rental property in the Atlanta area and one of my tenants called to tell me that her water was leaking from the second floor at 4am. What a headache! Anyway, I called around for someone who could go out there asap and Champs was the first company available. They were at her place within 2 hours and walked her through turning off her water until they got there. My tenant said they were great and explained everything to her as they worked. They answered all her questions and they guaranteed their work. She said the problem is completely dissolved and as an owner in another state I felt very comfortable and confident in hiring them.

I guess garbage disposals are going out all over town. I saw the other review where they called Champs for that and they left a good review so I called them as well since my disposal just went kaput on me. When the plumber came he said his next appointment was another garbage disposal replacement. Anyway, I thought the Jake was a cool plumber and hopefully I will not need him for any problems again, but should something else go wrong I will call for him again.

I was hosting a baby shower for my sister when my guest bathroom toilet started acting up. I called Champs Plumbing and they said that they would try to get to me within the next 2 hours, but that wasn't a guarantee. Turns out they showed up in 1 hour and fixed the bathroom plumbing in minutes. I am ecstatic and love them for that! I will definitely call them again for my plumbing emergencies.
