I have had good dealings with this service center since I have owned my first BMW. No issues on the work performed at all. I am only putting down 4 starts as the work usually goes longer than predicted which impacts my day at work. You even get your car washed here - No comment on the quality since it is free. Ask for Dieter - He has been great wtih me.

Took my 325i in for service. Service advisor, Tom was not as helpful as my dealer back home. Did not get me a loaner or even offer, although in Kansas City I always get one for free. I was refered to Enterprise rentals and their service was even worse. Glad I am only here temporarily and shouldn't need another service until I go back home.

Upon dropping off my new 3 series, I left my house keys in the car. I immediately returned to the dealer but they had closed. I called the manager and he said there was nothing I could do till Monday. It was a Saturday and my wife was 8mo pregnant and the temp was 110 degrees. I begged the mgr of the dealership for other suggestions till I finally came to the conclusion that I had to smash the windows out of my new beamer in their pakinglot. This dealership has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. IF you buy a BMW, buy them at Ed Mackey in Tuscon (you will get the best deal and they negotiate) and service the car anywhere but Chapman.
