Called CCI to repair my konica for a mission critical project...they diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and completed the repair on a Saturday. Their fast service gave me plenty of time to complete my project on time.

I used Chapman for an onsite call and askedd on the phone to ensure their repair tech would have the parts when he came on site for $115.00. The repair tech came on site - no parts - wiped off the inside of the printer and said that I needed a new drum kit that was a consumable and they didn't carry those. Waste of time - and I called the owner Jane and she would do nothing about it. They are also running a cleaning special for $59.95 on site and she refused to lower my price to that even though that was all the technician performed. This place is obviously trying to just get the fee to show up and do nothing. I think other people shoudl know if you are having basic printing issues and it is a part you can buy online and replace then you should try that first before wasting $$$ with this company.

This client contacted us stating his printer was down and needed immediate service. At that time he was told our rate was $115 with a one-hour minimum. Our tech arrived on-site to his location within 6 hours of receiving his call. After diagnosing his issue, he was informed that his problem was related to defective end-user replaceable consumable. The client complained that we did not have his consumable on-hand (it is physically impossible for us to stock and carry on-site every make and model consumable for every printer manufacturer - we carry a large variety of break/fix parts but not comsumables). Our tech completed his paperwork and requested a signature - the client accused the tech of "padding" his hour - again we have a one-hour minimum with no travel charge. The client paid his bill and promptly called our offices and asked to speak with a "male manager". Our female owner told him he she could help him and again he requested a "male manager". He demanded he get the special price posted on our website (the special has restrictions and would not receive same day service). He was inconsolable and threatened to sue us and "ruin us on-line". We provided the service as we stated in a timely manner but it seems the client believes that because he didn't like our diagnosis he shouldn't have to pay the bill. He continues to harass us...
Was having issues with my sony vaio laptop (aka my business). Sony wanted me to ship the unit to them for repairs - I couldn't wait. Took my unit to Chapman they completed the repairs under warranty and fast. I'm back in business.
I needed my laptop repaired. Found this company and called to get directions and verify the hours. They hours on the web site and on the door are posted at 9:00 to 5:00. Arrived at 4:30 to have computer repaired. There were 2 men were leaving the building, which turned out to be employees. They were leaving for the day and locked the door behind them. It was 4:30, not 5:00. They saw me getting a computer out of my car and never once asked about it. I called the next day and the owner told me that I should have stopped the men coming out (for all I knew they could have been customers) and that it was slow and if her employees wanted to leave early that was fine with her. She said I could come back if I wanted and promptly hung up. She was rude and short and pretty much blamed me for not stopped the 2 unknown men leaving the building. No wonder the business is slow ... treating potential customers in this manner on the phone and not staying open the posted hours.

95% of our business is B2B and since we do not operate a retail store front our hours are flexible. But this is ridiculous, the treatment by this person borders on harassment. Repeated nasty phone calls and negative online postings. We apologized for the mix-up but she continues to press the issue. You let your employees go home early once in 25 years and you get flamed for it... It's too bad Kudzu doesn't let the businesses rate the customers.
