Customer Service is horrible..
I called for service and was not aware that there were coupons for money off until I went to the website after the technician left. So I called early the next day was told too bad.. you cannot use the coupon the next day. Maybe the tech. should let people know that there are coupons on the site to be printed Also price was way too HIGH. Never again would I use or recommend to any of my friends or neighbors....

They do not guarantee their work
They incorrectly repaired the door. They wanted to charge me a second time to fix it-What a Ripoff!!

Very bad experience - Very unprofessional
- They give you wrong information about the service pricing.
- As professionals, they should tell you if it is worth to invest in an old garage door or buy a new one.
- They charge you stepwise springs. cables. rollers.
- We spent almost one third of the price of a new garage door, and we have still the same problem from the day one
- At the end they don't know what is wrong with the door.
Roller.? Door opener? These are answers from the PROFESSIONAL technician.
- They are ASAP (24/7), but for fixing their job, you must wait several days.
- At the end they give you a piece of scribbled paper with a long list of bad pieces of the garage door, just to justify the unresolved issues....
