When the others say NO they say YES ! !
was very professional and accomodating when I called her with a request for flowers for a co-workers family member funeral which was taking place within the next 3 hours. She assured me that when the others say "NO" they will say "YES". I recommend them very highly!!!!

Great baby selection!
I was walking by Charlotte's going to the baby/maternity store next door and I had to walk in! My best friend just had her baby and I was looking for something really special. I found that at Charlotte's. They have all of these ceramic baby containers and some of them even play songs! I wanted to buy them all for the nursery! I ended up picking one that looked like Noah's Ark and they made such a beautiful arrangement in that container! And it smelled great too! Charlotte's is my florist from here on out!

Charlotte's Quality you can count on
I have used Charlottes twice. Both times they were wonderful. However this Valentines I decided to go with Pro Flowers due to a radio ad and what appeared to be a great price. $29.00 for 100 blooms, a teddy bear and chocolates. By the time I got my receipt it was $70. They had $9 for delivery which was ok, but then they tacked on $9 delivery on valentines day. $3 handling and care (Don't you handle every delivery with care?) $9 for the vase that was supposed to be included (Showed a pic of red vase but it wasn't what you got) and various other charges to bring it to $70. I should have stuck with Charlottes..

Living Example of Fine Customer Service
So, I am a life long procrastinator. Seems that most florists in Austin aren't set up to handle us. Charlotte's is. After several frustrating calls to other florists I called Charlotte's Fiesta Flowers and got Melinda on the phone. She was polite, professional, and very friendly. She answered my question about late in the day, same day delivery with a resounding Youbetcha and next thing I know a very beautiful arrangement was off to my sweetheart. Late in the day - same day delivery. Whoo hoo!! Melinda is my hero and Charlotte's is my place to buy flowers in Austin, Texas.

Relatively inexpensive, but you get what you pay for
I think Charlotte's has a super high rating because most people just have no idea what quality arrangements should be like and are just thrilled to receive flowers.I received "premium" flowers from my boyfriend for valentines day. Money is totally not an issue to him and I'm sure what happened was his secretary just googled "austin florists" and saw a high rating and "best florist". That's really unfortunate because what I got from this florist, I stared at for a good 5 minutes just trying to figure out what the heck I got, instead of being pleasantly surprised. This was a variety arrangement which florists love, because they get to just but in whatever kind of flower they have laying around. The arrangement was unbalanced, with very random flowers that did not go together, snapped stems, wilted flowers, drooping greenery, and looked like dead branches from one angle. I was extremely disappointed. I have had a lot of flowers sent to me and I'm usually beaming. It was upsetting that someone had just crammed a bunch of flowers into a vase for what was suppose to be a special occasion. And insulting that they thought they could pass it off as acceptable. I called in and they were gracious enough to send in another arrangement that was a lot better. Still had random flowers that didn't match, but it was a big improvement. They do ask for the other arrangement back though, which makes me think they wanted to reuse the poor quality flowers.I'm not giving this place 1 star because they replaced the flowers and also they are relatively inexpensive and I think there should be places that are cheap. We all know how expensive these florists can be, so its nice to have some price options. If you want to really wow someone, I really recommend Kings or Freytags. Even if you go for a smaller arrangement, its worth it to purchase from another florist in my opinion. Quality over quantity. Charlotte's really shouldn't have this high of a rating.
