In the Spring of 2006 we opened up this little cafe and deli on Jarvis Square with the goal of providing surprisingly good service and food for every customer every time every day. Why do anything else? It turns out that we had a lot to learn. We have incorporated 4 years of experiences into our cafe now and we are much more consistent than in the early days. If we messed up your visit in the past, come in and tell us what went wrong, and we'll make it right. The only reason we're here is to serve you. Please give us a chance. Thanks, Dan
