Charter is good, 3/08/2014

I ordered the cable TV and the Hdtv. The cable was installed the day after, the service is fast. My children could not be happier to watch again their cartoons! Thanks Charter.


Worst EVER, 8/31/2011

I have never written an online review that is negative before - but feel obligated to after our horrible experience with Charter. 1st - they LIED about pricing and channels, 2nd - they denied lying,... 3rd - the service never worked althought they hounded me daily for payment for non-existent TV and internet service and 4th - when we turned in the equipment after switching to an honorable company, my husband had to call four times and was hung up on each time - or transferred to someone he had to start all over with. They are crooks. If you have a choice, don't choose Charter.
