I have contacted Jenna (owner of the salon) regarding an expired gift certificate of $25.00 given to me by my class on January 3, 2012. This money was collected by my room mom from every child and given to me on my birthday. I did not read the fine print that it was going to expire in 120 days of expiration and asked kindly for an extension of this certificate until next week to use it. Unfortunately Jenna refused to give an extension. I am very dissatisfied with how this request was handled . You have collected the money and are profiting 100%. I am sad to say that even though I am completely satisfied with your service in the salon, I am unable to recommend you to any of my friends for future business as well as I will make this known to the ones using you currently.

i originally came here on an eyelash extension referral. after all, i had my nail salon. what hooked me was the professionalism. at my previous salon they didn't follow protocol on the proper removal of gel polish. when i saw how this salon did it (individual cotton balls and tin foil wrapped on each nail) i was sold! they are my nail and eyelash masters ~ convenient hours, excellent locations, CLEAN, professional, friendly, amazing atmosphere...you will not find a better place!!

I live in Suwannee and found this adorable salon from a girl friend. I frequent this salon every other week for my gel manicures, and several times i brought my girl friends with me . Chateau is hip, chic, and lots of glam. They always do an amazing job and I always leave there a happy customer! It's definately worth the drive!

I recently moved to this side of town. It took me forever to find a really good nail salon until I came to Chateau de Nails. I've been coming here for the past 2 years and I never left this place disappointed. The relaxing atmosphere and great workers make it even more enjoyable. I've read the reviews saying that "they're too busy", but I've always been a walk-in and they take me in within a few minutes after signing in. Great place to come, relax, and be pampered.

I was very surprised at all the negative reviews. Definitely not deserving!!! I have been going to this establishment for a more that two years and I am blown away with the kindness of the employees and the excellent customer service that I receive every single time.. The girls are the friendliest, the owner is the sweetest and the gel polish stays on forever. Really!!! you can hear other clients conversing with the employees and it's quite obvious that clients are very comfortable and treated well. I love this place so much that I won't go any where else.

I've been coming here for the past few months and have been very pleased each time. Customer service is excellent and I always leave a happy customer. I've brought a new friend with me each time and they fall in love. The salon is decorated in pink and is very girly yet sophisticated. I'm very impressed with the selection of colors and the large number of services the salon offers. This is my new favorite nail salon and I haven't been to another salon in months.

i am beginning to not like this place. first all, the price went up and they gave me a phony excuse. i remember having a conversation with the owner and she saying that since her competitor went up in price that she should too. that is ridiculous. next, i called to make an appointment with tracy, how about they tell me that she is on vacation and she'll be back soon. i called again a couple days later and they tell me she still is on vacation. i come to find out that she is no longer working there. why do they have to lie to their customers? if they would of just told me that she was no longer there i would of been glad trying someone else to do my nails. i will no longer bring my business nor recommend any of my friends to come to this phony place.

I was given a gift card for Chateau de Nails. I looked on the menu card that came with my certificate and saw that there were 2 locations. When I called to make my appt. I mentioned that I had a gift card. Halfway through my manicure I mentioned the certificate again. My tech said, "Which location do you have the card for?" Apparently, I was supposed to use it ONLY at the location it was purchased. No one mentioned that when I called. My tech said that they usually write in on the cert to make sure we knew (nothing written in on mine), and that she thought they could honor it this time. Well, they didn't. Even after my tech personally called the manager for both locations(thanks for trying, Lena). I ended up paying out of my own pocket, and it took the joy out of the gift card. It's unfortunate that they couldn't make an exception, as they have lost my future business (I still have a gift card to use, and right now I'm too frustrated to think about booking an appt. at the other location). It would be a really good idea if they would be VERY clear about certificate usage -- and not give out promo material with addresses for both locations if they are going to operate separately. On another note, my tech did a nice job, and I would have been happy to visit there again if not for this mix-up.

These ladies do a pretty good job and I would go there with my wife every other week IF they could get us in. Three times we've been told to come back, we're too busy. Really? Pure BS in my book. Don't bother trying to get in because for some strange reason, they're too busy.

DO NOT GO HERE! They do not deliver on promises made. Chateau De Nails in more interested in collecting money with our rendering service than maintaining long time customer relationships. Will not honor gift card I bought for my fiancÚ's wedding. Gift card was bought pre Christmas for a June wedding. I informed by merchant that the wedding was not for another 6 months and I was informed it was not a problem. My fiancÚ in June went for her service and the fine print was shown that the gift card was "void after 120 days" Chateau De Nails has lost a regular customer and any future business from us. Upon speaking to management there was "nothing that can be done" and even after explaining the basic economics of what future sells and revenue they will be missing as they will lose a regular customer they did not care... just continued to refer back to the fine print. Never was the customer ever right or did they care to smooth things over. Chateau De Nails is happier to lose a customer of several years than honor a gift card.

I got a pedicure in April and I got a VERY BAD infection from this establishment. They were in a hurry and must not have cleaned something, because I have been to see two doctors and it is still not gone!!! Stay away!!

Went for the first time about two weeks ago. Got a mani and a deluxe pedi & fake eyelashes for the first time (for a special occasion). The pedicure was very painful while she said she had to "dig out" my ingrown toenails on both big toes. Since my regular salon always does this, I figured, no big deal. Two days later I had a very bad infection on both big toes that she had worked on removing the ingrown toenails. After a costly visit to the podiatrist - it seems as though they did a bad job trying to cut out the ingrown toenails and that the instruments were not sterile. There is a difference between disinfecting and sterilizing in an autoclave the way it should be done, for a full 30 minutes (after each client) - per the podiatrist. Although the owner was nice after she saw my infected feet, (she asked me to come in and show her and I did) - she did nothing about it. She did say "sorry this happenned to you", but nothing else. She cleaned up my fake eyelashes a little bit and said she would order me a nail kit at cost and that she wouldn't make any money off me. I also think that you shouldn't have dogs in a nail salon, not very clean with their hair everywhere. I love dogs but just not where I get my nails and feet done. There are plenty of other salons but this one - clearly, is not one I will ever go back to.

Love the staff, the service, and the vast products offered. I get my nails, my toes, and my eyebrows done here. What used to be a chore is now a fun time for me. My nail tech Tracy found a way to make my fills last longer, which made such a difference to me. I highly recommend this nail salon...it's very different from the others. You have to check it out.
