Chef Chu must be a Ginsu Master!
I recently went here for some lunch on a weekend and ordered the Kung Pao Chicken and I was dissappointed to say the least!
The sauce was more like a tar/crude oil based sauce than a chili base and I felt dirty as I tried to eat it!
The real thing that caught my attention is percision that the "CHU" cuts the meat and veggies. Every piece of food was exactly the same perfectly cubed size so I figured that they must be really skilled with the with the old GinsuI mean they couldn't be using frozen veggiesCOULD THEY?????????????...
