If you’re looking for attention to detail, a personalized touch, off the chart service, responsiveness, and amazing results, I’d recommend Chelsea Floral to anyone. In Dec 2011, I was referred to David and Patrick at Chelsea Floral. I needed a simple, elegant arrangement of Gardenias in two days to surprise my girl on the day I proposed. Not only were Gardenias not in season, they are one of the most delicate flowers, and had to be over nighted from CA to GA. David’s team delivered, met up with the driver to meet my timelines because multiple shipments were lost, produced the most beautiful arrangement, and kept me up to date at all times. David repeatedly said “I get it, and I will get this done right for you at all costs.” When my girl saw the Gardenias on the table at the restaurant, she exploded into tears. David/Patrick – you’ve got a customer for life and thank you for the extraordinary level of detail and service you provided. It was one of a kind and so rare in today's world.

I recently ordered an arrangement for a dear friend who had lost a relative. I do not live in the city so I had to trust my internet search. I was so impressed with Chelsea!! They provided exceptional customer service. I simply told them I wanted something pretty and cheerful and the amount I wanted to spend. Within three hours I had a message from my friend with a picture of the flowers saying how gorgeous they were! I will use them again if the need arises and will be recomending to all of my Atlanta friends and family.

Chelsea did a wonderful job getting a beautiful arrangement to my sister. Calling an "unknown" florist from out of state is always an iiffy proposition. Fortunately, I'm happy to say that I've found a great floral resource in the Atlanta area.
David and the folks at Chelsea did a beautiful job (as reported by my sister, and by the photo she gleefully sent me). He also delivered the arrangement within 90 minutes of my phone order. Pretty impressive, when you consider that my request was to deliver 'later today or tomorrow'. Exquisite flowers and service at a fair price.

I live in southern California and have placed two orders over the phone in the last 2 months with excellent results! David and Patrick came up with fabulous and creative ideas and provided superior service. I am really impressed with the quality of their work and the timeliness of delivery, especially during this busy holiday season! I am so happy to have found them and will refer all my contacts in Atlanta to them as well.

My wife and I called last minute for an arrangement for our daughter. She had received a very important honor and David created and hand delivered the most beautiful flower arrangement within hours of our phone call. It was the "icing on the cake" for our daughter's day.
