Excellent Job
My experience with this company was great, they did not use out dated equipment and did a great job. White carpet is white and there were no ruined rugs, I think the owner of this business needs to call TNT and MR B's and figure out who is leaving bad reviews cause they did a great job and I had no complaints. I found this company here and it the review left below was obviously left by a competitor and did not stop me from trying them.. I am happy with the service and had no problems.

Terrible Cleaning - Uses OLD Chem-Dry Technology
DO NOT USE CHEM-DRY OF NASHVILLE. They use severely dated chemicals and equipment and actually left my carpets in worse condition. They also told me I had wool when in fact I had synthetic rugs. I called Mr B's Chem-Dry and they came out and fixed all the damages Sean's company had left. Please, don't waste money and make the same mistake I made - call a better Chem-Dry location!

We called Chem-Dry of Nashville and were repeat customers for many years of the local Stanley Steamer last time we called to schedule our appt with Stanley they didn't answer thier phones, so chem-dry got a shot. Heres the situation, cat peed in the closet on our brand new carpet and it had been hidden by our 4 year old daughter by a couple of blankets, when my wife found this PANIC!! Anyway when all was said and done the odor was removed and the stains were gone as well, the process that Chem-Dry had was far superior to the cleaning meathod and the equiptment was much more high tech than what we were used to. Thanks for the impressive cleaning, you have us for life. Hank Miller Nashville TN
