When a single person owns and runs a business, they tend to really care about the quality of the service they provide. This is definitely the case with Frank. He arrived as scheduled, got the job done in the time he predicted over the phone and managed to get out several stubborn stains. He did not increase the price for the spot cleaning. We will use his services again.

Frank was super. He showed up on time, worked very hard and did an amazing job. He got out spots that we had not been able to get out for quite a while. He was very professional, courteous and cared a lot about doing a good job. I highly recommend him and would definitely use him again.

Frank was great--on time, friendly, and professional, and he got my carpets looking like new. When he looked through my house, he told me that the price he had quoted was too high for the work I needed, and he gave me a lower rate. I will definitely use Chem-Pro again.

Frank did a great job cleaning my carpets, an he went the extra mile in helping me with another situation also. He also told me how to care for my burber carpet because I had never owned burber. I recommend calling him!
