I am a very picky person who does not generally leave good reviews but Cherokee Flooring deserves my HIGHEST praise for the entire sales process from beginning to end. The installers (Rene/Emilio) did a fantastic job ripping up old carpet my basement and installing laminate flooring (30 year product warranty). I do a lot of my own installation of moulding, etc. around the house and am 100% meticulous and a perfectionist. These guys did as well, rather better, than I would have done myself. I am (shout out!) 100% pleased with the product, the work, the price and the customer service and will always use Cherokee Flooring for any future flooring needs.

Extremely disappointed. It took over 3 WEEKS to get a quote after they had measured. I left a total of 10 messages in a 3 week time span, my call was returned once, though I was always assured I would hear back from them later that day. When they FINALLY called to give me the quote, she wanted to just give it to me over the phone & refused to put the quote in writing or give me the measurements that they had used to arrive at the absolutely outrageous price they quoted. I have worked in the building industry for years and have never see such a blatant disregard for customer service. RUN don't walk away.

We originally worked with Cherokee Carpets when we moved into our house 3 years ago. When we decided to recarpet the downstairs room it was our first thought. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough for their personal service. I would reccomend them to anyone who needs a whole house or only a room.

Cherokee Floor Covering is an excellent company for your carpet needs. They do quality work, show up on time, and have low prices. That combination is hard to find these days. I had them put in carpet for my bedroom suite about 8 months ago. Recently I was having some remodeling done in the master bath and the worker snaged my new carpet in 4 places. I was very upset. I called Cherokee Floor Covering and explained the 4 snags on my berber carpet and they sent Sergio Ruiz out that afternoon to look at the situation. He was very curtious and professional. He said he could fix the carpet right then and it would cost $50.00. He repaired it in 10 minutes and it looked like nothing had happened. If you want a company to do a professional job for a low cost contact Cherokee Floor Company. I have used them in my house and my mothers house and everything turned out great the first time.

I took a 3'x7' deep pile carpet remnant to Cherokee Floor Covering to have them cut it into smaller pieces and bind the edges. Sergio did the work and completed everything by the next day. He did a FABULOUS job. I now have 3 good-sized floor mats to use in my kitchen that match to the carpeting in the rest of my house. I'm very happy and I highly recommend Cherokee Floor Covering.

Cherokee Floor Covering has been my floor covering company for over 20 years. The team (Dale, Chip, Rebecca, etc) are dependable and courteous and the price is always on target. Would not use anyone else.

We had received 2 quotes previously for our installation of VCT in one of our basement rooms. We were becoming dismayed at the apparent lack of understanding of VCT in a residential environment or the outlandish pricing by some competitors. Upon calling Cherokee Floor Covering, everything changed. The individual who came out to quote the project was very knowledgeable and answered our questions in a courteous manner. The quote was fair and in the ballpark of what we estimated it should cost to perform the project. The installation team was top notch and clearly had years of experience with VCT. A great experience and a great finished product. I would readily recommend Cherokee Floor Covering to others.

We recently purchased carpet for our basement and were in and out of the building within minutes. As soon as we walked in they helped us find exactly what we had described and made the process painless and easy for us. The installation was quick and the prices are great. We were very happy with our purchase and will use again.

We built our dream house and put wood floors in the entire first floor. We spent a large about of money for these oak plank floors. The finish on our expensive wood floors started wearing off after 14 months. Not just a little wear but came completely off. We called Cherokee Floor and were told the warranty was for 12 months. They quickly hung up because I guess they get that call all the time. My builder took me to this sorry floor company. Don't waste your money with a company that does not stand behind their work. If you notice all the positive feedback on Kudzu, the reviewers all have only one review to their credit. They are probably the Cherokee Floor staff reviewing their own store.

Dale at Cherokee Floors gave us a great price on our new carpet and was more than helpful on selection, preparation, and installation. I would definitely do business with Cherokee Floors again. Thanks Dale!
