Do not go here to buy a car. I have bought 2 cars from these guys in the last 12 months and I was treated like a joke last week. I went in on Thursday night and had them review my trade and I gave them all my personal and financial info. I was told I would here from them on Friday at some point once the deal was put together and that never came. I would understand if they called and said I didn't qualify or there was to much negative equity in the trade, but I didn't here a single word from these guys. I will be buying another Ford and it will be very soon and it will not be from Cherokee Ford. I will take my repeat business elsewhere. The supposed management team won't even respond to emails. This place is run very poorly.

I just can't say enough great things about the service dept and quick lane (wasn't thrilled with the collision center, though, and I would recommend avoiding that). But Nick and Chris in the service center have kept us coming back for years, and for good reason. A loaner can be reserved, and I've never felt ripped off by these two especially. They will tell us when we can wait on parts or servicing and when we really need it done. They're responsive and truly go the extra mile. A couple of examples: the quick lane has checked my tire pressure immediately and for free as well as filling the low one to turn off the tire alert when I was In a rush. I have picked my car up to find out that the guys in the service dept. replaced a warranty part that without charging me any fees (well past the original manufacturer's warranty, so fees are normally associated). They've answered questions way beyond the normal scope of the job, and all this is in addition to generally great service. Our cars do not break down, and I never worry about them. You might be surprised by the value when you look at what really gets done. Highly recommend!

I took my car to Cherokee Ford, paid $900 for repairs, and as soon as I drove off their lot, I saw they didn't fix anything! Today, after a free diagnostic check, I am told it will be another $225 to actually fix the problem. Why didn't the first diagnostic check see this problem? What exactly did they do to my car if they didn't fix it the first time? They have a million lame excuses for why you need to fork out more hard earned money. Don't pay them a dime! They won't fix it and will charge you more money! What a bunch of lying scam artists!

Went in to get a couple of tires and brakes and thought I would be there for hours. Turns out, they got my car right in and were quick and friendly. No pushy service people. Once you go there, they put you on a mailing list and send oil change etc. coupons. Great Customer Service!!!

Cherokee Fords Service is hard to beat. They are friendly and helpful. They stand behind their work, even if the problem is a tricky one. Look for oil change coupons online.

I had a great experience with Cherokee Ford. I had body work done, plus engine work as well. I had this done at two different times and was extremely pleased with the level of service I received. Very good experience.
