New F150 - GREAT Experience, 11/20/2013

I purchased an F150 on 11/12/13. Philipp Hildner was the salesman and the experience was the best purchase experience to date.. (and I have had more than my share). Philipp was professional,... knowledgeable, straight-shooting, and I left feeling that I had a great deal on a nice truck and that I made the right decision to reach out to this dealership when looking to replace my 2008 Sport Trac. People like Philipp (and John Herrin in the service dept there), should help Cherokee Ford move to the top of the heap due to their integrity and honest manner in which they perform their job functions . I have to say that honesty seems to be the foundation that this business is built upon and that is very hard to come by these days. Give them a chance, they will earn your business!

Horrible Collision Center, 7/17/2012

I took my '07 mustang in for repairs after I got rear ended. Joe McCaleb the service guy said it'd take 2 weeks. 6 1/2 weeks later I still don't have my car back. For the last 4 weeks Joe has called... me each week to give me another excuse as to why my car isn't ready yet. In the last week I have picked up my car twice just to bring it back the same day due to different problems I have found. Joe called me today to tell me that NOW my alternator is out and that would be an out of pocket cost os $550. I don't know if it's Joe or the mechanics who don't knwo what they are doing but I have had nothing but horrible experiences the past month.

Typical Car Sales Games-High Pressure Tactics!!

I purchased a 2011 Mustang in May 2011 from the Woodstock location. I spent a couple days this week negotiating a used truck purchase (between 2 different trucks, one at each location lot...Woodstock and Alpharetta). I visited each for demo and test drive. What annoyed me was the visit to the Alpharetta location. I had not decided which truck to buy and my wife had not even seen the trucks yet, since she was not with me at the time. Colleen knew I was not ready to make a decision when leaving. Mike Stimmel the sales manager had her call me after leaving to tell me that the deal was only good for 24 hours on my trade and purchase. My visits were fact finding missions to lead to a final decision. I was waiting for 3 days for other information from Colleen. No follow up occured other than pressure tactics to get me to close on deal with truck at Alph location. I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from these dealerships. I cannot wait to get my Ford survey on my previos Mustang purchase now that I know how the dealerships really are!!

Great Service from Brent!

We recently leased a Ford Fusion from Brent K. back in January and it was a truly flawless experience. Brent knew his product and did not push us to get something we did not need. He worked with us from start to finish and made the entire experience very pleasant. I highly recommend visiting Brent for your future car needs!

Clarify prices

I brought my car in for an oil change with a coupon. They recommended a fluid flush and a fuel filter, which I agreed to if they would beat a competitor price. He offered to match it, but when the bill came, they added so many bogus "shop fees" that I feel I got ripped off. And there are so many middle men, you never get to talk to the mechanic. You drop your car off, then a sales person takes care of your services/negotiations, then they give the quote to the front office person. I saw my car ready, but since I had to wait for the Sales guy to get off the phone, it took 20 minutes to check out.
