We had three Windows that needed repair (2 broken seals & a cracked pane), and Cherokee Window and Door made these repairs easy. They were so easy to communicate with via email, which worked so well for us. They did great work and cleaned everything when they were finished. I would highly recommend.
Replaced three Windows.

We couldn't be more pleased with the work Tina, Greg and the entire crew did for us. The product, their attention to detail and their respect for our home all worked together for a great experience. We would, without hesitation, recommend them for any window, door, gutter, garage door or trim replacement work.

Greg and Tina made it extremely easy to have new windows put it my house, most of all they made it affordable. I shopped 2 other installers and they were nearly double the price. Not only was the price right but the new windows come with an excellent warranty, the windows are custom made (full replacement) and they look great. I will never call another company.

Not sure which customer this is, but..... thank you!!
10 years ago I had Cherokee Window install new windows in my house. I recently had a small leak, I called their office and Greg came right out. In no time, he had the problem fixed and to top it off, he didn't charge me one red cent. What GREAT folks to deal with!!!! I would recommend Cherokee Window and Door to anyone who needs window or door services. GREAT JOB!!!!

Recently learned that CWD could reply to these comments! Call us if we can do anything else for you!
We purchased several windows in 2002 and now the most expensive has rotted. CWD has looked 2X & said the failure is due to our roof leaking. Roofer, insurance adjuster & 2 other window companies disagree. CWD is not backing their warranty. Buyer beware!

We tried and tried to work with this customer both directly and through the Better Business Bureau. Unfortunately, we could not come to an agreement and she filed a lawsuit (Case 2011-MG-MC-5404 Cherokee County). We had a hearing in November 2011 and the Judgment was found in favor of Cherokee Window and Door. We truly wish that we could have satisfied her.
You get what you pay for. They aren't the cheapest company that's for sure. They were extremely professional and good about communicating with me regarding the work. It's clear Greg loves windows. He gave me a hard time about not doing the proper maintenance on my windows. Caulk!!! Thanks Greg.

Back in 2009 we had about 8 contractors come to our house, some never called back, some couldn't do the work. Our windows are almost all custom. Greg stopped by, quoted the work, did exactly what we wanted, finished the work and presented to us a detailed quote as well as finished itemized invoice which included before and after pictures. We were so pleased he has come back twice and now every window in our house has been replaced (just did our garage windows 2011). All our neighbors compliment the work, too!!

Recently learned that we could reply to these comments! Thank you so much for the kind words. You are a great customer to work with as well!
They installed our windows with a lifetime guarantee. Now that water is leaking around the windows, they refuse to come out. Even if it weren't in warranty I would have paid but the refused to come out. After calling a structural engineer, we realized they (Cherokee) didn't put a windowsill on the window. Now, water pools at the bottom of the window and has cause the window to leak. If you want to pay a lot of money, don't care about the quality or if it's competed correctly, call them. Don't believe the warranty.

Recently learned that we could reply to these comments. So sorry, I don't know who you are and have no recollection of this situation. We respond to ALL calls so I am confused as to where this obvious miscommunication went awry.
