Misleading, unnecessary charges, over charging for frivilous "costs"
Lies to patients, and lies to insurance company.
Just my own personal opinion.
Was given a 10 min cleaning, and charged $400. disputing, when my insurance called them they told me my services were covered, waiting for reimbursement from InS company.

I went to Dr. Justice on the recommendation of a friend. The service was excellent: they took me promptly, did a very thorough cleaning, and the new patient examination was quite thorough. The staff seems to like their jobs and everyone was very friendly. Also I was very pleasantly surprised that the back office part (billing) was handled well and they even sent me a refund check PROMPTLY when my insurance covered more than what was expected. Another friend also went to Cheyenne Decatur Dental and she reported an excellent experience as well. Glad I changed dentists and now go to Dr. Justice!

I've been going to Dr. Owen Justice for 9 years; family owned business.they are alot of fun and are quick to get you in at your scheduled appt. time. Nancy, Johnathan and Carol are great (front desk) as soon as you walk in they greet you by name and have your file ready to go! Dr. Justice has a great sense of humor!...
