Very Disappointing
After eating at Fogo we were eager to try other like restaraunts. We made a reservation at Chima and looked forward to our visit. Out reservation was for 5:45. We were seated fairly promptly, our initial waitress was rather hard to understand and we could not at all understand the man who placed several items on our table. These items were beef balls which we though was salmon (very fishy tasting), turkey spread (just strange) and rolls(still raw in the middle). Salad bar was impressive but still not very good,(I was there for the meat, not for the salad, at any rate) and the meat was pretty bad. Ribeye was tough and actually raw on our third try. Filet was over tenderized and mushy. Picahna was rather tasteless. All the meats tasted a little "off", as if just on the verge of spoiling. Initial servings of meat we suspected of being leftovers. When we left there were only 5 full tables.(This was a Sat. Night) I had a terrific headache afterwards, the kind I usually get from MSG. Stick with Fogo De Chao.
