I always enjoyed eating at chin chin and though that they would have the great service and nice chinese food no mater which location I go to. Unfortunately, I was wrong. My experience was totally different of what I was used to. It was expensive than the other location, service was bad and the food didn't taste as good as it should be. I will keep eating at Chin Chin, but definitely not at this location.

The service was just so, the quality of the food was good but not great, and it wasn't really cheap. They did, however, have wireless internet access which was a nice touch. They do have a convenient location, though.

The food is very good. We tend to order take out as the eating area is very small with limited tables. you don't get the choice of soup with take out as you do when you dine in included with the meal

Inconsitent quality of food. Atmosphere & staff are pleasant, however the food is seldom good. Usually drowning in sauce and skimping on meat in many dishes has led me to stop coming. Last time I had Mongolian beef I found about 5 pieces of beef and copious amounts of onion. Go cheap, lose a customer.
They're a little pricey and the service a little slow, but I enjoy the food and have never had a terrible experience there. Generally, we order take out from them instead of eating in and they always get our order right. Overall, it's above average, I'd say.
