I have had trouble finding a shop to repair my stalling problem on my car. I asked them to find the problem and they assured they could repair it. After 400 dollars, it still had the problem, and they wanted to charge me more to diagnose further. Need to find a mechanic that will fix my problem.

After having several service & repair problems with a Nissan dealership, I took my latest problem to Christian Brothers for a second opinion. Nissan told me my cruise control was broken; removed it without my consent and were going to charge me $260.00 for a new one. I didn't believe Nissan and I took my cruise contol to Christian Brothers to confirm that it was broken. I received a friendly welcome and after I told them my story & service problem, they were kind enough to put my cruise control back in my vehicle, diagnosed that the bolts were loose and replaced them with new ones. We took my truck for a test drive and the cruise control Nissan stated was broken worked perfectly!!! AND, they did all this out of the goodness of their hearts and at no charge to me. You can't find kindness and quality service like that ANYWHERE and I will recommend them to all my friends. I have definitely found my new mechanic....THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Good experience here. I will definitely use these folks again when I need car repair. They took my old car that was rattling to bits and helped me decide how best to salvage it for another year or two. It drives like a completely different car. Also, they unexpectedly needed to keep my car but offered a loaner for the night. I've never known anyone but dealers to do that. Wonderful!

Recently visited Christian Brothers Automotive for some very simple routine maintenace on one of my fleet vehicles. As I walked in, thought I had made a mistake and walked into an office building. The waiting area was so clean and inviting - the staff greated me the moment I walked in. They listened to my needs and met them beyond expectation. I am sure to bring my service fleet to them, as well as my personal vehicles. On a side note, I asked for a quote to have some work done on one of my personal vehicles. It was considerably cheaper then the mechanic I have used for the past few years. I have no doubt the work will be performed there and to the highest standards.

I have been using this location for 3 vehicles now. They are open, honest and supply great service. If they make a mistake, they stand behind their reputation and make it right. They also give thorough diagnoses to help you make the correct decision on what/how to get fixed. D. Naville Dacula GA

I trust Christian Brothers Automotive in Dacula, GA. with all four of my vehicles; my work car, my play truck, my wife's car and my mother's car. Whatever our needs are: Factory recommended service, repairs, preventative maintenance or routine maintenance. C.B.A. always explains the service in terms I can understand, gives me straight forward explanations and even money saving options. They always provide me accurate pricing before any work is performed. I have never been surprised with any extra charges. The work has always been completed in a timely manner and has been done right the first time, every time. Their pricing may (or may not be) slightly higher than some other repair shops, I really don't know. I do know for a fact that Christian Brothers Automotive is a tremendous value because I have never been stranded with a broken vehicle. More importantly, my wife and my mother have never been stranded with car troubles because C.B.A. sees to it that all of our vehicles are always in top running order. I can't put a high enough price on that peace of mind. I am so grateful for C.B.A. It really is one less thing I have to worry about.

My family has been taking our vehicles to CBA for a few years now. We have a Honda, Chevy, Dodge and Saturn and they do excellent work on them all. They charge a fair price for the service they perform. I always know in advance what the charges will be. There have never been any surprises. I trust that when I leave with my car, it is running well. They've even told me when a repair can be put off for awhile. I highly recommend CBA.

CBA is the only auto service center we will take our cars. They have excellent customer service; their repairs are always done professionally and reliably; and most of all, they are trustworthy and honest.

Good service. Rates are comparable to others, if not better. Provides flexible shutle for drop off and limited number of loaner vehicles which can really make repairs much more convenient.

I had my Chrysler air conditioning serviced here. I got exactly the service and treatment I expected from a business that is rated very good in Kudzu. After I explained my problem, I was told exactly what would be done and given a reasonable charge for the service. I am very pleased.

Kirk and his gang at Christian Brothers in Suwanee can't be beat in customer service and honesty! You can rest assured that they are a business of integrity, something that is too hard to come by these days. HIGHLY recommended!!

Update to the below. My new brakes from about 8 months ago already need replacement? Wow did I feel like I got taken. ====== I had brake work done and they were probably twice as expensive as other brake jobs I've had done in the past. In addition, they seemed to be doing the "you need new rotors" push because one set of my rotors were "almost out of spec". Also they did the work without my permission because they said they couldn't get ahold of me.

My 1998 Pontiac Grand Am had been taken to numerous service shops to be repaired only to fail again. After speaking with Christian Bros I allowed them to service my vehicle. They advertise shuttle service, but did not offer it. The service was a bit faster than average, but I didn't have to bring my vehicle back because the took the appropriate steps to repairing the vehicle and obviously listened to what I had to tell them. No unauthorized work was performeda and they were very friendly.
