0 friends 2 reviews Edward M. Marietta, GA 1/18/2014 I found the staff to be extremely friendly & amiable when I had my vehicle at Christian Bros. Automotive on Eagle Dr. in Woodstock, GA for an oil change & inspection yesterday. The reception area was like someone's nicely kept home living room. The restroom was also immaculate. While I waited I asked if they had WiFi. The owner answered yes, however I didn't have my tablet w/ me at the time, so he loaned me his own to use while I waited ! Wow ! I was very satisfied w/ the service, which even included a complimentary fog light bulb replacement. This due to the fact that I mentioned it toward the end of the service & the technician hadn't noted it before I mentioned it. Wow again ! That was a nice difference !

My wife and I was recommended by a family from our church and they sure didn't fail to impress. I had two of my vehicles serviced back to back for an oil change and waited in their clean waiting room with free wifi. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and professionalism from the staff. Where else can you get an oil change for an SUV and a full size sedan for under $35 a piece? This is the place! I have been getting oil changes from several different places for many years here in Woodstock and we highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive on Eagle Drive. I'm thankful to be their newest customer. -Lord Bless-

The 1999 Saturn was brought to our shop and your request was for: "bolt in thermostat housing is broken off, please remove bolt and install customers thermostat and dexcool". The gentleman who brought in the vehicle was told it would be at least $200.00 to remove the damaged bolt due to its limited accesability, the charge for the bolt extraction was less at $194.00 We were not asked to diagnosis an overheating issue, however during our test drive the car did run hot which was discussed with the customer, no diagnosis or repair was authorized. The charge for "diff problem we caused" was to reattach shifter cable that came loose while moving your vehicle. This cable malfunction is a known common occurence/failure on these models. I apologize it occured while at my shop but it was not a ressult of anyyhting we did or did not do. I would like to say I was taken back when you told me "if I don't refund your money for the cable reattachment you would post a bad review and survey as many places as you can". I am sorry your experience was not what you expected, the work we performed was as we discussed and agreed upon. I hope you can find a shop to have a relationship with for any future automotive needs you may have.
I do not know anything about cars so I am at the mercy of whoever works on it. I had heard good things about CBA from a friend about their honesty and that they saved him hundreds of dollars on work he thought he needed but really did not. I found he was correct. My car needed a new timing belt and I was nervous about how much it would cost. Plus, my engine had never needed repaired and I do not want that to start now. I explained to James I rarely have time to get the car in so please take a look at the brakes as well. James called me several times during the day to explain the costs and suggested other maintenance while the engine was apart to save me time and money down the road. I was impressed that he listened to my needs and respected my time. My car is running great and it is safer for me and my family. Even though I will not have to go back for many months now, I know where i will go and thats Christian Brothers Automotive.

I absolutely LOVE this place! I had recently moved to a new area when my "Check Engine" light came on. I was worried both about the cost and finding a mechanic I felt comfortable with. After reading lots of online reviews, I chose Christian Brothers at Towne Lake and WOW did I make the right choice!! James (Service Manager) was funny and friendly, but also incredibly professional. He explained the issue they found clearly without being condescending and was quick to suggest several options to help me figure out the best way to keep my car safe and stay within my budget. Danny the owner was also there and when they offered the complimentary shuttle service, Danny himself drove me home. This place REALLY takes Customer Service seriously and they've definitely won a customer for life!!
