This company stands by their values. We have been using Christian Brothers for four years and they continue to provide outstanding service! After purchasing our house, we began having problems with a leaky A/C unit . After multiple HVAC companies checking our unit, expensive quotes, and hundreds spent, they were the only company to fix our leak and the cost was hundreds cheaper than what we were quoted. They are professionals and we completely trust their expertise. Dont waste money and time with other HVAC companies! I would highly recommend Christian Brothers to everyone!

Robert Ashby is fantastic to work with. One of my A/C units was not cooling. His technicians informed me the unit was leaking Freon but the leak was so bad the Freon leaked out the next day! Mr. Ashby made good on my Freon purchase by offering me a free yearly maintenance contracts. I have used this company for years and will continue to use them to service my HVAC systems!

Exceptional Customer Service after the sale. I had the compressor fan come off after it was replaced. This damaged the fan and burned out the fan motor. CBM did not argue with me or try to dodge responsibility. They sent the repair tech the day I found the problem and had it fixed the next day at no charge. I would like to thank CBM for being such good business people. I will continue to highly recommend them.

Robert Ashby of Christian Brothers Mechanical has gone out of his way to provide us with exceptional service. He has been out to our house on two occasions to diagnose and, in one case, fix problems without charging us a dime. The recommendations that he makes appear to be objective and honest and there is never pressure to buy from CBM. CBM has a customer for life here.

I used Christian Brothers to check out my system when I bought my house in the spring. I signed up for their maintenance program (reasonable at $145) and they came out again in the fall. The servicemen are very polite and helpful. They corroborated my home inspector on things I needed to get done related to my HVAC system, but there was no pressure to do the work right then or to even have them do the work. The office staff is always patient and friendly when I call to schedule, and I'm glad that I've chosen them to work with. As for price, I think their maintenance plan is reasonable for the work performed, and their quotes for additonal work seem reasonable as well. I'll continue to use them.

I met the owner a a church event on SATURDAY evening. Told him about my situation and problem I was having.He said he will be out Monday morning he was there inspected my system gave a great price and did an outstanding job.I reccommend this company good people.

I don't know how Christian Brothers' prices compare with other HVAC companies, but they gave me great service. They came at a late hour on short notice when my furnace was out and my house was freezing. The next year when our (old) furnace failed again, they replaced it for us. They delivered exactly the work they said they'd do, in the time and price they said they'd do it in. Friendly and efficient.

My HVAC was blowing fuses. CBM came out and diagnosed the problem incorrectly. They said I needed new parts. I waited a week in June for the parts to arrive, paid for them, and paid for the install too. After the install, the unit was still blowing fuses. Later that night the real problem was discovered totally unrelated to the new parts they put in. I sent a letter to the owner (who was the one who did the install) and never heard from him. I recommend you just find another HVAC repair place. There are plenty out there.

I had already called another company who never showed so I called Christian Bros. and they were they within an hour. Very nice with no high pressure to buy anything. Our AC coil was leaking freon so the tech left us a list of possible choices along with their prices to look over. The service call charge was also a lot less than I expected. I was very pleased with Christian Bros. work.

I was in the same boat as "Atlanta2". I called Saturday morning about 10:00am. Their office hours say Saturday 9am-1pm. I did speak to someone in the office and told them my air didn't work at all and needed someone to come. She asked if I was willing to pay the weekend rate and I told her I would. She got my information and said someone would be out. At 3:00pm when no one had showed I called back. By this time I got the answering service who said they would page someone and find out what was going on. Never heard back from anyone and no one ever came out. After calling 4 or 5 companies I got a friend of a friend who worked on air conditioning to come out. So, this morning (Monday, 8:30am) I got a call from Christian Brothers asking if I had called for service!!!
