From my first visit on, it was clear that making money is the name of the game. My first visit was not more than half an hour and cost $350. Every visit after that lasted about 10 minutes and cost $145. Dr. Holland was very stingy with her prescriptions, wanting me to come back in to see her every 6 to 8 weeks, even after I had been a patient for several years on the same medication. I literally had nothing new to say at the appointments because they were so frequent, but you gotta make money somehow, right? I also found the office shabby and cramped, considering the prices she charges. As other reviewers said, "STAY Away!" You will not get your money's worth here.

Dr. Holland personally makes sure that my health and mentally stability are number one when I have my appointment. She spends all the time with me that I need. I rarely wait more than 10 minutes for an appointment when the are running late, and most days, I do not wait at all. the office staff is ALWAYS pleasant - especially the newer girls at the front. They office ALWAYS treats me well, even when the phones are ringing off the hook. When I am in need, I ALWAYS get a same day appointment, even if they have to squeeze me in. If I can't make it to the office, Dr. Holland will ALWAYS make herself available for a phone appt. Not sure why others have had different experiences, but I have gone here for years and love this practice.

I was pleased to come on here and see that others had had a horrible experience with this office staff. They certainly don't act like Christians! They cancelled my appointment that I had been waiting on for three months without telling me. I called to confirm it the week before. They claimed they called me two days earlier to confirm and I didn't return their call. I double checked my answering machine when I got home which still had two weeks of messages on it - and I had no message from them!! They were rude and yelled at me even though I was in tears. They claimed that they never make mistakes and they refused to let me leave a message for the doctor to tell her the situation. These are horrible people!!! STay away!!!

$25 per script if it is needed between appointments! No reminder calls and insane missed appt fees! Doctor even waived my feeds but the office manager made her write me and tell me that she "changed her mind"!! STAY AWAY!!!

The wait time is at best 30min. She sees you for ten minutes, with the exception of the first few meetings. She is a pleasant woman but seems to lose interest in patients. Quality of life in her patients doesnt seem to be as much of a priority as much as money.

I have been going to this practice for several years now and I like Dr. Holland. She does seem to hurry her appointments but not like some. My biggest issue is that they only take one type of insurance and it isn't mine I have been paying my own cost because it is not easy to find another doctor. The fees go up all the time. I have also had to pay for a few missed appointments and that's fair. But never am I given any consideration when I have to wait for my appointments. I sometimes have phone appointments and the cost is the same. To call in a medication is now $20 even when I have just paid my $135 fee!
