Wouldnt recommend them
My brother used them for his divorce/child custody. They sounded great on the phone but would never meet with him in person, and when they finally did make the time to meet with him in person, he was rushed. then the day of the hearing some other person that knew nothing about the case showed up and didnt even say anything in my brothers defense at the hearing! They are horrible! And to top it off wanted more money for the mediation. Would not recommend them to ANYONE!

Call back time is sufficient, friendly, courteous, professional and on time overall, but Make sure you get everything in writing that you agreed upon on telephone. Be very detailed in what you want from them and what you expect.
