If there was a negative rating, I probably would have given it. Not only has the communication throughout the entire process been lacking, but over a month after my property has rented out I have still yet to receive first and last months rent that was collected from my tenants and supposedly mailed to me via standard mail. However, the company sure took the almost $900 security deposit as their payment offering me nothing while I wait for the mail to arrive. In my opinion the job was not completed, therefore that $900 needs to be returned to me and they can wait for their $900 as I wait for my rent. Don't try to call the manager either because the calls will not be returned. Sorry excuse of a company wish I would have gone with Comey and Sheppard from the beginning, these guys aren't even listed with BBB and all these reviews sound like the same person wrote them, give me a break 5 stars??? They are not that good!!! Customer service stinks, and I will never use them again, my loan is over a month late thanks to them and they don't care they already got their check!!!
