I had the best experience ever!!!! I literally tried on all the dresses in my size until I found ""the one"". The staff was more than willing to spend time with me and even though customers came in and the phone rang I still received great service. My dress was the perfect fit and only needed a hem. After my dress was in, I went back and looked at veils as I didn't have time when I selected my dress (did I mention before that I was there over 4 hours!) I tried on every style of viel until I saw the one :)\r\rThe alerations gal is hands down the best!!!! I would recommend her for any alterations. She provides a quote, sticks to that price as well as the timeline provided.\r\rThank you to all the staff for making my day one to remember and cherish!

What Customer Service?
I went here for my first wedding dress venture. I had looked online and saw appointment was recommended for the weekend, so my sister and I stopped in on a whim on a weekday after lunch. They were busy with one party. We were there for a good 15-20 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. And when she did it went like this: Sales: 'One of you getting married' (no hello, how are you, etc) Me: 'Yes I am' Sales: 'well you know when?' Me: 'Not sure yet, hoping early fall' Sales: 'Well we're busy today' and walked away. That was it. We were there for another half hour and absolutely no more attention. Just irritated looks. I work in sales and that is NOT the way to service your customers. No smile, no pleasant voice, just an irritation that I was there. \r\rI understand if I didn't have a date yet that I won't be priority but you do not make a potential sale ever feel that way. I would never return. I live down the street and it would be convienent but I would rather put my money into a business that makes the wedding shopping experience enjoyable.\r\rNote to owners: A reminder on why you got into the business, first time shopping for a wedding dress is supposed to be an enjoyable, memorable experience. It can also be overwhelming, especially if you don't know all the protocall. It is your job to make it go smoothly. You tainted my first time and shame on you for that. Now I'm hesitant to go looking again. I now look at it like a chore rather than an excitement.

Would Refer ANY Friend to Cynderellie's :)
Cynderellie's was the first wedding dress shop that I had been to and they were absolutely fabulous. Wendy & Denise were so welcoming and REALLY wanted to help me find the perfect dress. The best part about the experience was that I was their only bride. They were only helping me and focused all attention on me throughout the length of the appointment. Before leaving, I found 2 dresses but could not decide, so I decided to make another appointment. In the meantime, I made my rounds around several shops in Seattle but did not get the same comfortable feel from other stores. For example, La Belle Elaine's staff did not even offer to help because my budget did not match their inventory. Needless to say, we left after about 10 minutes. I kept thinking about the women at Cynderellie's and how kind & helpful they were and needed to go back. So I went back two weeks later, tried the dresses on and the ladies helped me choose a dress that I would be comfortable in for my July 2010 wedding. Also, I found a Bel Air Bridal headpiece in a Brides magazine that I just HAD to have. They were not sure of the style and could not find it anywhere, so they called the rep and ordered it for me! I just couldn't believe how amazing their customer service was. They kept me updated with the progress of my dress shipment and it was right on time. Denise even suggested Barbara's Bridal Alterations for my dress bussell and steaming, and she is just as fabulous as the ladies at Cynderellie's.My wedding dress experience was NOTHING like ""Say Yes to the Dress."" It was easy and fun. I love my Maggie Sottero Lavina. Even though I live in Bellingham, I have made the trip to Edmonds for my wedding dress and could not and would not have purchased from anyone else.

Rude! Rude! Rude!
Called several times with no answer. We stopped by the store and were there for 10 minutes and not a single staff member acknowledged us or even greeted us. We walked past several people trying on dresses and to the back room and browsed dresses. We were there for a good 30 minutes without anyone saying anything to us. We decided to leave for lack of service. After we walked out the door a lady ran out after us and told us that the weekends were by appointment only. That was fine, but she could have greeted us with a hello and explained that to us and scheduled us for an appointment on a different day. Instead they lost out on a BIG sale. Their loss because we found wonderful sevice elsewhere! The store is small and the staff are unfriendly and rude. Go some where else!

Changed My Life
After going to the very non-personal David's Bridal. A friend directed me to this shop. I went there on a weekday, just walked in and was immediatly set down with catalogs around me and started looking thru them. I found a bunch of dresses that were what I was looking for, and one in particular that jumped out at me, and I knew from the picture---it was the dress. They did not carry that particular dress as a sample at the shop, but told me that for a small shipping fee, I could have a sample sent from the Designer for a week to try on. I paid this with no hesitation. Less than a week later the dress came in. The sample happened to be my exact size and pleased me even beyond all my expectations. The next week Denise, the owner, called me to inform me that the Designer was increasing her prices the first of the next month. So, I was able to save around $100 by ordering my dress early! The experience was so wonderful for me, that the day that I came in to purchase my dress, they had a sign in the window saying that they needed weekend help. I was so excited---I talked to Denise about that before even getting my dress. I am now an employee of the shop. And have never enjoyed a job more! Knowing that I am helping other brides make their special day the best, and really understanding the feeling of finding ""the right dress"", just leaves me with a glowing aura around me all the time that my fiance and family all notice. Thank You Denise, and Cynderellie's Closet for everything!!!!
