Great source for mid-century modern furniture, 9/04/2015

The moment I walked into City Issue, I knew I was in trouble. The place is filled with a wonderful selection of MCM furniture and accessories. We've been hitting antique stores in search of MCM... furniture for our little atomic ranch. While we've seen a few cool pieces, they all needed restoration work that we're not qualified to do. Well, no worries about that at City Issue, because the work is done for you! While no one would say the pieces are inexpensive, they are reasonably priced for restored originals and collectibles. We've looked at plenty of new furniture whose quality wasn't as good and prices were higher than items at City Issue. During our shopping experience at City Issue, we worked with Kevin and Jennifer. I've been in few stores with this level of customer service. Kevin went out of his way to help us find a piece of specific dimensions for our small home. Free of charge, Jennifer repaired a small chip on a shelf of the piece we ended up buying. We will no doubt return to City Issue for more goodies. I've seen no other store that has the selection and quality of MCM furniture and accessories.

A Midcentury modern lover's dream, 4/18/2010

I just wanted to recommend this place, Im buying my midcentury contemporary house and I went to city issue for some furnishings, at first I though it was a bit expensive, but after I checked the... quality and the perfect vintage pieces and compare with what I was finding in antiques stores or consignment, I realized that is better to get everything at city issue, so you know you are getting excellent midcentury modern pieces, originals from the best designers and the display would give you ideas to design your home. Plus the service after sell is excellent, so you know that you are buying old pieces but in perfect condition. Jennifer is there always with a smile and good deals to help me finish my decor and well I wish I had more money to buy more there cause is like addictive for the midcentury modern admirer.
