City of Atlanta Hartsfield Airport

So large it has many different flight times offered/all airlines. Not very helpful in directing you to gates, check-in, etc. Great places to eat inside. Workers need help with consumer relationships!

I love the Atlanta airport and what it represents for the city, but I have to say that many of the security staff and those working customs need managerial support to help them deal more appropriately with travellers.

i can't complaintoo much. i appreciate that the marta goes right into the airport saving money on parking. i don't like how the line to the gate goes right through the food court yard. too many people too much confusion....

Overall, they do things pretty well at Hartsfield. The layout is easy to navigate, the trams make it functional and quick to get from various terminals. Considering the sheer size of the facility, it's amazing that they can do that. The people are generally helpful. Good first exposure to Atlanta for visitors, in most cases. I'm looking forward to the improvements as the expansion and renovation work continues.

this airport has a lot of pluses. it is easy to get around. sometimes lines at security can get long so leave early. lots of places to eat and shop while you are waiting on your flight.
