A NO! from the get go
I was calling around to get quotes on A/C service/repair and when I asked the receptionist if the company serves my area code, I guess she mumbled, "Hold on." I thought I'd gotten hung up on accidentally, so I called back and said I had just called and we'd gotten disconnected. She snapped back, "You didn't get disconnected. I told you to hold on and you hung up."
Have these companies still not learned how important it is to hire friendly, helpful and articulate receptionists in today's economy?
