Dr Desai is wonderful. She was diligent in diagnosing my cat keeping my budget in consideration. He's now on inhalers and active and happy like he hasn't been since he was a kitten. Dr. Desai is gentle and patient with the animals and explains everything in detail to me. I appreciate that.

I've been taking my cat to Clairmont for more than 3 years and have been really satisfied with the quality of care. Dr. Bradley has gone above and beyond to talk me through procedures, options, etc. I like that she takes a conservative approach to treatment, and I will continue to recommend her to all my friends. The front desk is courteous and efficient. Additionally, an assistant named Emily is kind, empathetic, passionate, and thorough--all characteristics that I look for when seeking out the best of care for my beloved pet. Their extended hours are fantastic for the working professional.

This Clinic has some of the worst and I mean absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my Life! My wife and I have brought our animals down for the past 3 months spending up wards of $2000 on every thing from shots, vaccines, neutering, Board-a-tella and who knows what else. This Morning we brought our dog in to be checked out I was Told by a Dr that it would be $250 to have him checked out. As I was getting ready to leave him with the Vets, they hit me with a $631 bill as I was walking out the door. Well that's a long shot from $250. I have to say if your so called Dr's don't know what the cost is of there practice then they should probably not start with the practice until they have knowledge of what the cost of the practice is. There is no reason to lie to earn business that's actually a Great way To Lose Business! Which You have! To top it off I left with a $400 bill for my dog and no real answers to why he is sick then when we had to take him to a REAL VET / Dr. because he is still ill. My wife ask for a copy of his Xrays that we paid for and they wanted to charge $20 for the X-rays I am Pretty sure I had already paid for in my $400 bill earlier that morning! Poor no Better Yet Awful Customer Service! By far the worst I have ever Experienced in my Life! I would and wil recomend to any and every one to never do Business with this Clinic ever again!

I've been taking my cats and dog to this animal hospital for over 15 years. I've seen Dr. Smith, Dr. Adams, and Dr. George. I highly recommend all of them. Dr. Adams has been a huge help with my elderly cat's allergies and other issues. I have always found the entire staff to be very responsive and caring through some very difficult times. I highly recommend them!

I decided to try this place since it was across the street from my dentist. My kitty was overdue for her annual exam so we came here. The staff checked us in but seemed disinterested. They were busy gossiping. The vet was okay. He came in, asked questions for about 2 minutes, examined her under 5 minutes, then left. We did not see him again. The assistant collected samples and then told us to 'pay-up' at the front. It took forever to leave. The secretaries did not acknowledge us after standing in front of them for 10 minutes. No one was outright rude, they just did not care if we were there or not. Good thing is that there was ample parking and the waiting area was roomy. Waiting time was average, running late.

I am very sorry to hear about your experience. This certainly isn't the level of service for which we strive. If you would like to discuss this in more detail, please call the office and ask to speak with one of our Practice Managers.
My pet needed a specialist, the Clairmont vet gave me two recommendations. I went with the closest specialist. At my pet's annual checkup, a second Clairmont vet disparaged the specialist and treatment my pet had received. I asked why this recommendation was given to me. "Did you say that you didn't have much money?" Yes, I had. That's no reason for blaming me for following their recommendation. Very unprofessional. Won't go back.

Upon a recommendation from a friend, I have been taking my puppy to see Dr. Bradley. She is great--very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. As a first-time dog owner, I have a lot of questions and concerns, and the whole staff has been very helpful to me. Highly recommended!

I first used Clairmont Animal Hospital to update my 12-year-old cat's shots. Then, when I adopted my new kitten last Christmas, I took both girls there for shots, blood work, and even an ultrasonic tooth cleaning. The staff there is very friendly and accomodating. When I took my older cat for the teeth cleaning, I was unable to pick her up because I had to work, and they allowed me to give them my card information so they could charge me after the procedure was done and have my boyfriend pick her up. They even called me a couple of days later to ask how she was recovering! The veteranarians are thorough in their examinations and I have appreciated their tips and explanations of how to keep my girls healthy! Although their services are a little expensive, I would recommend them!

I have been going to Emory(now Clairmont) Animal Hospital since relocating from Southern California 2 years ago. I visited 4 different animal hospitals with much disappointment before we discovered the wonderful staff at this establishment. The staff is incredibly friendly, and professional... the lobby and exam rooms are always clean. Dr. Prather and Dr. Crawford are very meticulous and genuinely concerned about the health and happiness of their furry patients. In fact, Dr. Prather has even taken her personal time away from the office to check on my two golden retrievers---when she could have simply passed the task on to another vet or tech who was working that day. It is a comfort to know that I can bring my 'furry' children to a clinic where the staff is willing to go the extra mile!

Emory Animal Hospital is where my dogs will always go. They understand my dogs personalities as well as backgrounds and make them feel as comfortable as possible being at the vet. Dr. Adams is great!

I was referred to Emory by a friend... everytime I took my cat in, it was a madhouse... very crowded... my cat was spayed and developed a bad infection afterwards... I was not pleased with the level of service ..
