I would NOT recommend Classic Collision in Alpharetta (or any of their locations, for that matter) to ANYONE. The quality of their customer service and communication is severely lacking. Where they're lacking even more is in their COMPLETE disregard to uphold their "lifetime warranty" and in their lackadaisical approach toward the safety of their customers. I was in an accident in early December. My case was handled by Danny, whom I would also NOT deem qualified to handle any cases - it took TWO MONTHS to finally get my car back. The VERY NEXT day (after I drove off the lot) my car blew a head gasket. Considering the fact that they had just replaced my radiator and did other extensive/expensive auto "repairs", fixing my head gasket should be included in their "lifetime warranty" guarantee, right? Not only did they let me drive off their lot in a vehicle they reassured me was safe to drive, they are now demanding I pay for what should be included in my warranty. During the original repairs, Classic Collision knew I was considering another vehicle. They quoted me the total cost to fix the ENTIRE car, and I moved forward with the repairs under the presumption that their quote was accurate. They now claim the additional head gasket blowing is preexisting, my fault, and are trying to charge me for parts that I did not request be ordered, BECAUSE I WILL NO LONGER DO BUSINESS HERE. The incompetence and crookery has been a nightmare.

I took my Lexus RX to Classic Collision this morning to get an estimate for repair of a ‘bumper thumper' I experienced last night (guy behind me ran into the rear of our car while we were stopped at a light). Account Manager Ben McIntyre evaluated my car's (relatively minor) damage and then quickly had me pull it up next to repair bay where of his technicians quickly and professionally repaired the damage. When I asked him how much - he replied ‘no charge, but you might want to tip my tech'. Needless to say, I was happy to do so - especially since I had just visited another repair facility up the street and their quoted repair cost was almost $700! I can assure you, in the future I will surely take my business to Classic Collision and I will recommend them to all my friends and relatives!

It was a pleasure dealing with you during my recent accident. The customer service was 10 plus and the repairs to my car were above and beyond what was expected. My 7 year old car looks almost new! Thx to everyone there.

I had my damaged vehicle taken to Classic Collision and although it could not be repaired. I received excellent customer service from the manager . He went above and beyond to provide me information and processes to assist me with my insurance claim. If i ever am in need of collision repair again, this location will be the first place I call.

I've used Classic Collision many years. I got my car back today and this was the best experience yet. The customer service provided was excellent. They are quick to respond, polite and helpful. I took delivery of my car on Wed. before Thanksgiving - a warning light came on to turn the engine off when driving it on Thanksgiving Day. I called on Fri. morning - within 5 minutes of hanging up the, I got calls from Enterprise car rental from someone to come and pick me up to get me back in a rental car and from the towing company to pick up my car - both of which were done within 30 minutesThey wanted the least inconvenience to me as possible and wanted the work on my car to be done properly and to my satisfaction. They found the problem quickly (a small pin point leak) and began work to fix it. I have always been very pleased with the quality of the work at Classic Collision but this time there was a great leap in customer service which was very impressive. I'll be back when needed (hope not too soon) and will tell my friends about Classic Collision.

I have taken two vehicles to Classic Collision for auto body repair. I have been happy with the quality of their paint work. The most recent repair was a more complex one. The team at Classic Collision worked with me through all of the details that I had questions about. There was a challenging issue with a unique part. Chris, the Director of Operations, stepped in to make sure that the issue was remedied to my satisfaction. Because of this attention to customer satisfaction, I would recommend Classic Collision.

I was rear-ended on the 19th, and the at-fault driver's insurance company assumed full financial responsibility for the repairs and the rental car. I was impressed with Classic Collision from the moment I drove my damaged but drivable car to them for the estimate and got prompt, polite service from everyone there. I appreciated the seamless coordination with Enterprise for the rental car. I was asked to drop the car off on the 25th, with the expected completion date of the 28th. They sent me e-mailed status reports, and yesterday I got a phone call from my contact there, Jeff Boyd, letting me know that my car would be ready for pickup today, right on schedule. I drove over there this morning, dropped off the rental car keys, and then Jeff went to the back and several minutes later reappeared at the front door, asking me to take a look at the car. I was delighted with how beautifully the repairs were made. They matched the old paint perfectly with the new paint. They even washed the car, a nice bonus. Going to a body shop is no one's idea of a fun time, but I have I have nothing but good things to say about how Classic Collision treated me and how quickly and expertly they fixed my car. What's more, their repairs are guaranteed for life. One can't ask for better service.

I would like to personally thank Chris, Travis, & Ashton for their outstanding customer service regarding my recent Geico auto claim repair. You all were so kind, professional, & reassuring when you took over my claim & repairs. I will by loyal to you from now on for all my auto body repairs & refer everyone I know to you.I really appreciated all your help,honesty,& wonderful services. Repairs were high quality and completed in the estimated time. Body & paint work look factory. Loved the email updates. Highly satisfied with the way they took care of my Infinity and handled the insurance paperwork. The place to go in Alpharetta for level 10 service.

Classic Collision is the BEST! Everyone is friendly, gracious and competent. Chris was my advisor and he is very knowledgeable and considerate, supplying updates himself or through the email update system. He had me back on the road in time for a planned trip out of town.

After my husband called and spoke to someone at Classic Collision in Alpharetta regarding getting an estimate for repairs for my car, I stopped by, got my baby in a stroller, and went inside to the front desk. I told them I needed an estimate. The lady immediate asked "What insurance?" as she reached for a form. I did have the name of an insurance company, and THEIR estimate - .but that had nothing to do with my request for an estimate from CLASSIC COLLISION. A guy ended up going outside to take a look at my car but would not give me an estimate. He just wanted me to hurry up and schedule to get it repaired and let Classic Collision work with the insurance company. BUT THAT WAS NOT THE REASON I CAME BY. I REQUESTED AN ESTIMATE FROM CLASSIC COLLISION!!! Classic Collision will not have a customer get in the way of its process (or as I refer to it, "racket") with insurance companies and do an independent estimate for the customer. I also got the vibe that small jobs are of little value to them - "no big deal to fix" and apparently not even worth the time of providing an estimate requested by the customer. I can only imagine the quality of job and extended "service" if I were to entrust them with my vehicle. And what about the person who plans to pay out of pocket, with no insurance affiliation?! He can't dare even get an estimate upfront!! So, I moved on to a nearby repair company who treated me as a valued customer. I am done with Classic Collision!

Took over 2.5 weeks to repair my car from a rear collision. When I finally got my car back, I discovered that my diigital clock display was not working and my saved radio stations were gone. It was obvious it was an electrical issue. Classic Collision denied they did anything and refused to fix it for free. I had to go somewhere else and get documented proof that it was as a result of Classic Collision's actions. I was able to get the proof that they had shorted out 3 fuses. BE CAREFUL IF YOU USE THEM. THEY MESS WITH OTHER PARTS OF YOUR CAR!!!
