Classic Collision on Buford Highway just repaired the front bumper and right fender on my 2002 Saturn SC2. The repair is undetectable, the paint matched perfectly, and the car looks showroom-new. There was a delay involved in getting the parts, but they threw in some extra work to make it up to me. I would use them again.

Not sure how they are getting so many good reviews, I had to take my car back in 3 times for them not fixing things right, and now 2 years later the paint is starting to peel again after they had to fix that once already. If you have a normal car they might be ok, but dont take it there if you have a high end car.

We are very happy with the appearance of the repairs and the condition of the car. In fact, our 2009 Acura TSX looks almost brand new again. The finishing touches of buffing and cleaning the vehicle add to the excellence of your repair services. Although we hope not to need damage repairs again soon, we will highly recommend your company to others.

The people there are true assets to the Classic collision team. Everything was crisp, detailed and well taken care of. If I need anything in the future, I will definitely come back. Thank you !

I'd like to say that your Administrative Assistant operating the phone was very cordial and that she even jumped in to assist in contacting the right folks at the insurance agency so that they could "sign-off" on the bill and I could get back behind the wheel of my repaired truck. All of your workers were polite, friendly, and seemed to enjoy the work environment and dealing with one another.

I took my car in for simple body work. Service started great. When I picked up my car, the body work looked great. However, I found that they had broken a piece of my car (broke the clips off the windshield panel/guard). It almost flew off my car when I drove home. Additionally, there were black grease spots all over my leather car seats. When I took my car in, Mike was apologetic and mentioned that they had a new painter that probably broke the clips and did not say anything. He advised me that they would make things right and replace the piece. Almost a month later and they still did not call to advise that the piece had come in. So I called them to follow up. Dennis (front office) said they did have the piece. I told him that I was disappointed that I did not receive a call from them as promised. Dennis proceeds to tell me that he is not certain that Classic Collision did not call me - he would need to check Mike's notes. Basically, calling me a liar. Had Classic Collision resolved their mistake promptly and professionally, I would have walked away with a positive opinion. Unfortunately, that is not the case. The Good: They provide good service at the beginning and the body work was well done The Bad: There is a chance that they will cause damage to your car while fixing it and not tell you The Ugly: They have a hard time owning up to their mistakes at times and slow to follow up on resolving those mistakes. And perhaps insult you in the process.

I've taken various vehicles here for insurance repairs over the years, and they have always done a first rate job. I was head-on'd by a drunk driver and they basically brought my favorite truck back from the dead. Over 100k miles now and runs and looks like new. Last week I backed into a post (blush) and had to pay for my own repair. They were reasonable and quick and did good work. I would recommend this shop unreservedly.

I just signed up with Kudzu a few minutes ago to write my review. Not only was the administration team awesome from the moment I walked in the door, our vehicle that was had extensive damaged, looked and drove like a brand new car. The expedient repair time, workmanship (as I checked every damaged section) and most of all their pricing, had me rating Classic Collision & Performance Center the way I did. Not to mention my brother's high praise of CCPC's overall customer service.

Im the owner of a 66 mustang, and you wouldn't believe how many mechanics are scared of the thing. Luckily I found Classic Collision, they actually fix it... and they don't charge you for not fixing it (something my old mechanic liked doing to me quite often).Their prices are totally fair. This is the only mechanic where I've actually left happy.

I am not a huge fan of auto repair shops to begin with, so when I needed body work done on my car I was not expecting much in the way of a painless experience. Fortunately, my suspicions were incorrect and this location clearly made sure the work they performed was stellar Another bright side was the friendliness of the manager of the shop. My search for a decent auto body repair shop has come to a close.

Had front end damage that needed to be repaired last year. Classic Collision was smooth in their communication with the insurance company. The paint job was superb, and they happen to do all this work in a speedy manner. Will come back to here if collision work needed.
