This is the worst experience I have ever had. When I picked up my car, I realized that my front driver-side turn-signal was not working. I advised the service advisor about it and she got one of the technicians to look into it. The technician advised the bulb was bad and in order to fix it, the bumper needs to come off. Minutes later, The advisor told me that her boss wanted to talk to me so we both went to his office. While we were waiting for him, I stepped in the adjacent conference room to use my phone and what followed was a nightmare. The boss, who refused to give his name, came in the conference and told me "you need to get out of here! You have no business being here! You need to leave the property!" For a hot second, I thought this was a prank until I realized that this guy was serious. I explained that I'm here to talk to him because he summoned me to his office. He replied that the malfunction with my turn signal is a maintenance issue. I replied what do you mean by maintenance issue twice and in both instances, he made fun of my accent by attempting to correct me phonetically. He became agitated and ordered me to leave the dwelling. I asked him for his name and his boss' name but he never gave me that info. He called 911 and requested Atlanta Police to remove me from the premise. I paid $500 deductible for unfinished work, got ridiculed and disrespected by the boss and escorted out by the police. WHAT HAPPEN TO CUSTOMER SERVICE? There is no doubt he was a racist.
They had to removed my front bumper to fix. They put it back together and turn signal stopped working. Manager refused to fix it, arguing it's a maintenance issue. Car only had 7400 miles

The man that helped us was extremely polite, professional and an amazing representative for Classic Collision. He communicated well with myself and the insurance company, exceeding expectations throughout the entire process. He was friendly and efficient during drop-off and pick-up. Customer service couldn't have been better and I am very happy with the quality of the work performed. I hope to not require collision repair anytime in the future but if I do, there is no doubt that I will bring my car to Classic. Keep up the good work!!!

I had my damaged vehicle taken to Classic Collision and although it could not be repaired. I received excellent customer service from the manager . He went above and beyond to provide me information and processes to assist me with my insurance claim. If i ever am in need of collision repair again, this location will be the first place I call.

I don't live near Classic Collision but I go there and so do others in my family. I think the personal service and attention to the needs of each client is super. The workers make sure I know what is going on, how much it will cost, and the car is ready when they say it will be. Cars, actually. I take two there, one very old and one quite new.

I'm in Classic Collision more than I'd like to admit but they get my Jeep looking perfect again every time. I can always count on quick service and honest pricing - it's nice to have a go-to shop. Thanks!

Huge Thank You to the folks at Classic Collision. Had a tree limb fall on my car in the driveway during the past stormy weather. Have used these folks before and they are very accustomed to working with my insurance company, USAA. They are absolutely THE BEST. Erica kept me informed every step of the way about the progress and they are all so nice to deal with. The car came back looking brand hew - and detailed to perfection. Many thanks for making what could have been such a headache into a smooth and stress free process.

Here are my pros: - The customer service was friendly and professional - The appraiser called me almost daily with an update on my repair - The appraiser was able to find some used parts and save me $200 which was great since I was paying for the repairs myself instead of insurance - I had them buff out some scratches in other parts of the car and they did a great job. Cons: - The Buckhead location has limited parking

Classic Collision is right down the street from my house and thought they would be a great shop to use. I was WRONG!!! They have expanded with too many locations and the work quality has gone done hill since they expanded. I brought two cars to them and each car I had to bring back on multiple occasions for quality of work that should had been taken care of. The customer service is anything but nice.. they are nice until they have your money then they just go about treating you as if you are a pain of a customer. I would suggest trying another Shop if you can help it.

Everyone was very friendly at Classic Collision of Buckhead. They answered my questions and listened to my concerns. The work looks like new and didn't take a long time.I went through the Geico insurance recommendation, and they had a rental car waiting for me outside. Overall it was A pleasant experience.

I had gotten into an accident with my high end European car. I was told Classic was the place to take it but to find out there are many better shops that work on European cars. The customer service seemed great when I arrived but I noticed a few weeks into the repair they starting to give me the run around on the vehicle. I almost questioned myself if they could even repair it properly. It's now been at the shop for over a month when they told me it would be fixed in 3 weeks. Either way I was upset with the way they never gave me updates unless you hound them for an update. I will be taking my car to Performance Auto collision if my car ever gets wrecked again. They do overall good work but THEY HAVE HORRIBLE customer service.

A beautiful repair, well worth the money (which was ultimately covered by insurance). After I picked it up, there was an issue with the brake light warning signal. They just told me to bring in my car at my convenience (which was 3 weeks later in my busy schedule) -- they diagnosed and fixed it within an hour.
