I'm a local Realtor and we hired CleanBeez for one of our vacation rentals. Everything was discussed with April by phone before the scheduled cleaning and we were assured that their cleaning was top-notch and we would be happy. But the reality is that they are well below average. And we were not happy. Not only did they miss many basic items - bath tubs were not cleaned and had soap scum, hair and debris, chrome was not polished and left heavily spotted, microwave interior was dirty, sliding glass door was not cleaned and had smudges all over it, shoe prints were left on the tile floors, toothpaste left on wall, and so on and so on - but she also charged us for doing one load of laundry that she agreed beforehand would not be a problem. They never returned fairly polite emails and calls that only expressed my disappointed and a request for a call back (I even complimented how the beds were made!). I never yelled or chastised but just wanted an explanation of what happened, why so many things were missed. And how did they confirm their unprofessionalism, their shoddiness? I was emailed an invoice for the full price, including the laundry overcharge. I never received any response to my emails or calls other than their request to be paid. I will never use this company again and they can be assured that I will never recommend them to any real estate colleagues.
