We scheduled two cleanings (move-out & move-in) with this company and am absolutely appalled by the results. Our move-out cleaning was barely done, basically we found that some of the counters were wiped off, but that was about it. Nothing was vacuumed, things were thrown into the back yard, and the house was dirty. Our move-in clean wasn't much better. After many phone calls, the owner of the company agreed to give up a refund for one of the cleanings (the was over two months ago and we still have not received it) and has not responded to any attempts to refund us for money paid in good faith. We had to pay another company to reclean both properties. Unfortunately, we are now now out over $200 and still waiting for a refund. We even contacted the Better Business Bureau and they didn't acknowledge that complaint either. Their lack of professionalism, lack of quality service and lack of communication is extremely disappointing. We hope that this experience will help others avoid being taken advantage of the way this company has taken advantage of our family.

My husband and I had remodeling done and have been waiting 4 months to have a clean house. We chose this company, had an appointment date set to clean. After talking with her twice and emailing twice, confirming the appt with her on the phone, this service never showed up and never called so we were left with no one to clean. So now we are back to square one! This shows horrible business ethics and followup to blow someone off like this!

In regards to the matter of me not showing up, I have a child with a small heart condition, My husband and I were up at Phoenix Childrens Hospital from Fri night to Sat afternoon. That could be the reason for no phone call or email in reply to the service not being done. If that makes my business look bad so be it, but my child is my life.
