Big Disappointment
This company seems to be too busy to do small jobs. I had two separate appointments to have 3 panes of glass replaced, taking a day of vacation each time to wait on the repair man. Each time I was stood up after waiting at home all day. A few days later I would get a voice mail to call and let them know when I would be home again so we could make another appointment. Another wasted day of vacation? I don't think so! I can't rate their quality of work, because we never got that far, but I can say that their service is really poor.
