My builder used this plumber, and I have had to call them many times to fix things (most of which STILL HAVE NOT BEEN FIXED) on a two year old home. Now that we are past the "one year warranty", I have two large issues that they refuse to even look at without charging me. They used studor vents on the bathroom plumbing and one of the vents has failed causing disgusting septic odors to come into my guest bath. Today a spigot, which was NEVER ATTACHED TO THE HOUSE, was broken off of the cheap plastic pipe they used in lieu of copper piping. Yes, the day before Thanksgiving I have NO WATER. The toilet and bidet in the master are still not attached to the sub-floor, the faucets in the powder room are now turned all the way back to the wall, they charged me twice to install filtering - the second time included rerouting the water lines they routed wrong to begin with, and they used cheap plastic pipe that may freeze, snap or break at any time. I am a single woman who was traveling with work when the house was being built - probably the reason they screwed me, thinking I wouldn't know any better. The workers they sent out couldn't even figure out how to install the kitchen sink faucet. They had to take the 400 lb. granite sink out 4 times - and my fiancÚ finally had to do it himself to get it fixed!
