Paid $36.36 for a $19.50 Oil Change
I purposefully took my Toyota to the Clearwater Dealership because they sent me a coupon for an oil change for $19.50 for my 4-cylinder vehicle.
How is it that I was charged $36.36?
I was told the extra cost was for the labor--even though the coupon explicitly states it includes labor.
Management will be getting a call from me.
It is so frustrating to go out of one's way to save some much needed money only to have to spend extra time attempting to solve my frustrations of being charged incorrectly.
