The service tech came out and told me what was needed to repair my air conditioner. After they repaired it the ac was still not working properly they came back out and said there was something else wrong with it and it would be an additional 300.00 they would not leave a quote and would not back up what they did. Awful experience would never use again.

We at Climate Masters strive to satisfy each and every one of our customers. We have checked all our records and have no idea who this person is nor has anybody registered a complaint with our office.
I had another company come out and tell me I needed to replace my unit! I called Climate Masters and talked to Brian and he said to let him take a look and see what he could do. He came out the next day in the time frame I had set up with the office. He looked at it and made the repairs, turned out I didn't need a new unit. Brian's honesty saved me thousands of dollars! Needless to say Climate Masters is the only company I will be calling in the future!

Tech came in, installed a computer board and thermostat and charged almost $700.00. I asked about the weak airflow...well, that estimate was another $600.00. Needless to say, dummy one time but not twice. I showed him the door!

Service technician, Wylie was polite, prompt and knowledgeable, and did a professional installation. Brian, the owner, may have goofed on his estimate, but stood by his word and got me the system we discussed for the price we discussed. I would certainly recommend...and will call for future service.

We got an estimate from these people and contracted them to do the work on our HVAC system. They came, didn't do half of what was included on the estimate and did a crappy job on what they did do. We were willing to pay for what had been done even though it was poorly done, but refused to pay for the work that had not been done at all. We tried to explain this rationally to the OWNER OF THE COMPANY, but he was irate and irrational and threatened to SEND THE POLICE TO OUR HOUSE...AND DID! Obviously, the police told them that there was nothing they could do and that they would have to take us to court if they felt they had a case. Finally he agreed to send out another technician. He came and was paid, however over the following days the a/c continued to leak so, knowing the kind of people we were dealing with, we stopped payment on the check. After more irrational discussion with the owner, we agreed to pay cash for part if they would wait until we were sure it stopped leaking before collecting the other part. The technician came to "fix it" again but instead, took the cash, said he needed to leave to get a part and then never came back. I tried to call the office and they wouldn't pick up, even though they did when called from another number. Save yourself some time and headache and DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
