I'm old and don't understand much about air conditioning. But, after $4000 my system is no better or more efficiant, and another company said that the work didn't need to be done. Very shady. Eve

Eve, we here at Climate Pro try to go above and beyond to make sure our client's are 100% satisfied. I am hoping you called the office to try to let us make it right for you. If there is any way for us to salvage our relationship please do not hesitate to call us. We stive for perfection and when we fall short it hits us hard. Thank you for your input and we will definately use this for training our team members to better the communication from our technicians to the home owners. Thank you for your time.
No technician was sent on the first scheduled date. A whole day was wasted because of that. They sent a technician "Brendan" on the next scheduled date. After the maintenance inspection, he is pushing us to purchase his carbon monoxide equipment. When I told him that I will talk to my wife about it, he got mad and do not listen at all. He even asked me to wake my sleeping wife to decide at that time. My wife works night shift thus it is not good to wake her up. The technician is not listening to that and keep pushing! Overall experience is not good!

On June 29th 2010 and 110 degrees outside. By 4PM it was 88 degrees inside. I called Climate Pro and was told someone would be at our house within an hour. Mike was the someone, and he was indeed here as promised. We found him to most concerned and caring about our predicament. My husband is undergoing radiation and chemo and was too ill to move to another location. It turns out our air conditioner compressor totally burned out. Mike located the needed equipment and was able to obtain it for us. Not only that, he got right to work and set it up for us, working in the heat until 11PM. When everything was up and working properly once again. We are so thankful for his knowledge of his trade, his stamina and his hard work ethic. He was kind, caring, friendly and compassionate. As an added frustration to us our warranty expired June 27th, two days previously. However, Mike talked with the people and assured us they would waive the expiration date and honor the warranty. We are most grateful for him and the friendly service we received from Climate Pro. Whenever I call whoever I speak to is cheerful and uplifting. KUDOS to you all. Sincerely Edna

I had a service contract with these people so when my A/C finally gave up to old age I opted to call them for service. They came out and inspected my unit and confirmed my worst fears. So I opted to purchase a new unit, they were able to get it and install it by the very next day. The weather was already bumping 112 degrees so to get a new one that fast was a great relief. The people were friendly and professional. There service has always been above board.
