My white dress shirt was returned with burnt marks across the upper back - all the way from the left sleeve extending to the right sleeve. I took the shirt back and the owner said that it is impossible that they would have done it. He refused to do anything to help with the situation. After 10 minutes of going around and around, I finally told him that it is very simple. I will report you to the Better Business Bureau and you will loose my family's business, which happened in the end. VERY POOR SERVICE, and I hated the way I was spoken to.

Started using them when my boyfriend got a job which required suits and they are always very professional. They call whenever he has managed to lose a button or anything to let me know the garment is less than perfect. One of the guys there was very straight forward about explaining starch to me and how guys feel about it. Theyre very convenient at this stage of my life. I bring my dirty laundry in to them in a trash bag and when it comes back out it is clean and on hangers and pressed!! If you're fresh out of college thats almost as good as dropping it off at your mothers. I'm always grateful to them!

My wife and had taken her wedding dress for dry cleaning and asked the so called pros if it was possible to dry clean her indian wedding dress and they said they will test it first to see if the embroidery will be able to take the heat. We said ok and a few days later she told us to come in as there was a problem. When we went in to see what was problem. To our shock the color of the dress had changed from white To Red. We asked her what happened to this dress as we had given them to dry clean. She said they tested it with the dry cleaning solvent and the bead was melting. So basically the test failed. She went on to tell us that their because the test failed their other test was to dip the whole thing in the water. PRO dry cleaners my you know what. The border of the dress was delicate and bled thru the whole dress and that ruined the whole dress. We asked her to explain the process of dry cleaning and she started to tell us a story in a broken english, if she went in the rain this would have happened. My wife was crying and the lady i think is the owner was smiling at her. I asked them to pay for the dress and they said its not their problem if manufacturer used the raw dye clothing. I asked her again if some gives you a dress to dry clean would you dip it in the water to clean it. she had no answer to this. We left the place cause I was getting really ticked of and we have reported them to BBB and going to file for punitive damages agaist this business.

I have used them for 5 years and have never had a problem of any nature. They are very professional and treat me like a valued customer. They know my name, what level of starch I use, etc. I'd go quite a distance to use them.

I used to always go to this dry cleaner until I brought in my wedding dress to be cleaned and it was ruined. This was by FAR THE WORST experience and have never been back. 1. They ruined my dress by trying to wash it 5x without even contacting me first. The top layer of silk shrank so that it is 2 inches shorter than the tulle below it. The Italian silk also has a grayish purple tint to it now when it was white to start. 2. They lost the hanger and dress bag that I dropped the dress off in. Instead, they pinned my dress to a cardboard bust that ripped the silk around the sleeveless hem (ladies, you know how heavy these dresses are). 3. They tried to sew on the belt of my dress which was still falling off when I picked up the dress. 3. They gave me a hard time when I was sitting there crying, telling them that they ruined my dress and that I wanted me money back. 4. The manager (female) was rude when she finally told me that I didn't have to pay. 5. When told them that I was going to file a small claim against them, they offered to pay for 1/2 of the amt I paid for my dress and when my husband went to pick up the check, they wouldn't give it to him until he gave them the dress (which we didn't). 6. We are in the midst of filing a claim against them and recommending that all of our friends boycott the cleaner due to their lack of responsibility and poor customer service

Loyal clientele know why this is one of the best cleaners in the city. Professional & knowledgable staff. They do great work. In 9 year, I have never had a bad experience. Would DEFINITELY recommend to a friend.
