Inconsiderate
I brought in a tuxedo shirt for cleaning that my dog had laid on.
I was to pick the shirt up on friday for a formal event saturday. They informed me they wouldn't clean it because dog hair would get on the other clothes. I brought the shirt in alone and nothing was said also left a phone number and received no call. This caused me considerable inconvenience
