As a retail rep, I too have been exceptionally bothered by people trying to sell me something at work. Especially when my job is to market products to them \rRegardless\r\rI assure you my experience was extremely more pleasant. The estimator showed up professionally and on time. After taking measurements, he spent about 30 minutes or so going over possible fabric colors to compliment the exterior look and feel of my house. My rep even took into consideration my ornate landscaping as well. I felt like he was giving me ideas about what he would have done if it was his house. I loved his flair for design.\r\rThe installers while your average construction crew did an excellent job. They were quite respectful of my yard plants while moving ladders and left absolutely no mess behind. I've hired work crews and spent time afterwards cleaning up after them. Yuck\r\rAll in all, I have already spent several hours under my new patio cover and already love it. It looks so beautiful with the rope lighting!
